Outback in general is a bit pricy for what you get, but this location was clean, service was good, and food was well-prepared. We encountered an issue during ring out of the check, but management quickly stepped in to make it right (even though it probably wasn't their fault).
Great food once it arrived cooked correctly! ( the steak was rare, should have been well) but once served excellent. My grilled chicken was great. We took dessert to go! Great, but they forgot the choc with our cheesecake-- still delicious!

Food was good however the service was poor. It’s been a long time since we have had this poor of service. Waitress seemed uninterested and preoccupied. We ordered a Blooming onion which we never received. She offered a free desert and then preceded to charge us for it. My wife and I both got baked potatoes and they came with nothing on them that was supposed to be. A loaded baked potato with only cheese. The other only sour cream. We asked for a to go box and waited 20 mins for it to be brought to the table. No the restaurant was not busy. She had two other tables she was serving. Honestly I was willing to over look everything until she charged us for the dessert.

Waited one hour and 6 minutes for our food. I ordered a grilled chicken salad. When salad came out there was no dressing. Seemed short staffed. Building on exterior showing alit of wear and tear. Inside was clean and waiter was doing good but seemed spread thin. Salad also had some brown lettuce which I had to pick through.

I ate at the bar area. Chicken on the barbie. Sweet Potatoe. Samantha (Sam) was my server. She was attentive and amazing. Food and atmosphere was great. Thank you for the experience.

After waiting approximately 20 minutes, due to being short staffed, we made it to a cramped corner table. The heat in that area of the restaurant was atrocious. The heat made me sick to my stomach. Therefore, I ordered my dinner to go. I didn't check it once it was delivered to me, and I really should have. Instead, I drove 45 minutes back home only to discover that they sent the wrong dish. I was so displeased with their food quality. I ordered chicken Alfredo but received some kind of shrimp and noodles. If I lived closer, I would have repented it to them. I will never go back to this location.

Had to go to Morgantown to the hospital for my Mother after driving for 5.5 hours and being at the hospital stopped by Outback Morgantown to get something to eat at 945 pm. Staff was great Allen and Aaron went above and beyond our expectations. Stopped by today as well and Aaron was there to great us and remembered what we ordered. Great atmosphere thanks to both of you.
Another upvote for Caleb. He even brought the bread he knew I wanted even though I’d declined. Great steak salad, great service, decent pricing. And Caleb.
