I sincerely beg of you guys to stop offering delivery services through partner apps. In no way, shape, or form is this establishment meant to handle these types of orders. There is nowhere to safely park, there are students actively blocking the counter which prevents a quick pick up. I almost never reject orders but do so for every order kicked my way from this place. Im not risking getting my car towed over someone else's order.
Everyone was cleaning and friendly. Spoke kindly to customers and each other. Refreshing to see a crew actually working as a team. Food was good and service was excellent.

Food was great. The manager, who took my order, Maddie was terrible. The signs for the dishes were either mislabeled or blank. So when ordering, I was struggling and asked about the dishes. Maddie snapped at me saying that there were labels for them. This happened twice when a label was either missing or incorrect. After cashing me out, she stormed out of the store in the back with a co-worker. Maddie is in need of hospitality training. Or she needs to find another job.

Service and atmosphere is a 5 star however I got a bowl with fried rice and orange chicken which was supposed to be my dinner. However the rice was crunching in my mouth, I took a piece out and rubbed it between my fingers and it literally crumbled into pieces and when I threw what was left of it down to the ground it made multiple noises from the multiple pieces hitting. It's rice that **** is supposed to be soft

The food is decent some days if your lucky but is mostly dried out. The Chow Mein has more veggies than noodles which is annoying to me since I love the noodles and I end up with a tray of just nasty veggies that aren’t fresh so they often end up thrown out. Some days inexperienced staff is there to serve up your food and they dont even out portions so you’ll end up getting way more of one thing and just a tiny bit of another even though they are the same size on the menus.

Dude. They give you NO meat. Doesn't even feel like a meal when I get a bowl. My gf and I got some for dinner and had to eat something afterwards because it wasn't enough, even though we spent $21. What a joke.

Guy talking to us over speaker was extremely rude and sounded as if high on marijuana. Food was fine and guy and window was as polite as can be, but still very annoyed at worker over speaker.
Rice is consistently dry and unappetizing. At the very least it could be drizzled with water to pretend it’s fresh.
I liked the way Morgan served me chicken. She was very hospitable and polite. 10/10, will be returning.

I haven’t been sick from food in over a year. I could tell there was something not right about the chicken and I’ve been sick for almost 24 hours.
Best addition to the mountainlair since chick fil a. It’s got good food, and even better prices. The line gets a little long though.
The selection is pretty small.
The staff is great, but one of the managers was rude and had an attitude.
