And when i say never right i mean you can come in 20 mins after it says your orders going to be ready and you still might have to wait 15+ minutes its absouletly terrible. And the workers are NEVER helpful or want to help you understand why ur order is 50 mins late. Hope this place shuts down ASAP disgusting. This is not door dash’s fault its incompetent workers and management. Even if you call in an order same case… and thats if ur even lucky enough that they pick up the phone. Its not always the workers being bad either it can also just be this terrible manager not hiring and only scheduling on person at a time.

2nd time ever getting food from papa John's first time I ordered a pepperoni pizza ended up getting a pizza with no pepperoni. 2nd time was last night hoping things changed. We went inside no one had gloves on we ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza with no green peppers and extra mushrooms. We watched the manager with no gloves make the pizza put green peppers on the pizza then take them off. Hoping everything would have turned out alright We made our 45 minute drive home to eat our dinner open the box and no mushrooms on the pizza at all. I am very disappointed I was hoping that this pizza place would change my mind about papa John's but I was sadly mistaken never again will I ever eat from a papa John's again.😔

Waited for over an hour and a half for our delivery. Called to complain and the manager was extremely rude. He actually hung up on me. I called back and he immediately hung up on me again. They use door dash and blame everything on them. This is not my first bad experience with this papa johns. I called corporate and will never order from this papa johns again

😡😡😡 I called up there and spoke with the manager. I told him my name he said he couldn’t find me in the system. I gave him the order number and as soon as he looked it up without even asking me anything said to call DoorDash because it was more than likely their fault. DoorDash does not cut pizza nor do they slice banana peppers and put them on your pizza. He pretty much called me a liar. I asked him for corporate’s number he told me it does not exist. He said to look it up on Google. All I was looking for was an oncology and he absolutely treated me so disrespectful. The problem is the pizza is not cut whatsoever. It’s just one whole pie and it was supposed to have sliced banana peppers and instead they just put four large peppers on the entire pizza cannot believe I was totally disrespected by them. I will never order Papa John’s for as long as I live.

I had never eaten Paa John's before, they didn't used to have thin crust and didn't have gluten free. I was in pain last evening and couldn't stand to cook anything. Looked up pizza delivery near me in downtown Morgantown. I had used Domino's twice and the gf I ordered was cold, slst burnt- cooked till it was dried out! I saw Papa John's near me. Went online and ordered a gf, then realized the small gluten free was more expensive by several dollars to a large. So I tried the cheesy burger pickle new one. Thin crust. It was so buttery tasting, hot when arrived, juicy, and pickles were excellent on it. They also give me choices to have it sliced! I prefer square cut. BEST PIZZA IN LONG TIME! I read reviews, some boycotting it because of politics over a few different issues. SHAME on those reviewers! Leave politics out of private businesses and franchises! Great pizza, have Domino's beat hands down! Easy to order exactly what I wanted on line--and I AM NOT a techy person! Keep it up Papa John's! A+++++
