Recently tried the gluten free pizza and it was good! Nothing great, but good. Got the garlic knots as well and those were extremely tasty. I also got the boneless buffalo chicken, however it was gross. They were cold, the sauce wasn't on them completely, and the chicken was chewy and off tasting. I wouldn't recommend.

I go type in my order go to check out and to my surprise YOU Don't DELIVER TO MY AREA NO MORE LIKE WTH!! I'm only 10 minutes from downtown Morgantown, Plus they had no problem delivering in my neighborhood a couple months ago. Unreal. This is my favorite pizza unbelievable ?

absolutely worst service of all time. i have ordered with this papa johns on two separate occasions. both times the driver did not contact us that our food had arrived. the first time, they left and we had to call and reorder our pizza / figure out where it went wrong. and they brought us a cold, wet pizza. the second time. I called and complained that my pizza was delivered 20 minutes earlier, but is nowhere to be found. they did not know anything about it. my boyfriend found our pizza in a bush laying on the grass. it was soggy and covered in ants. horrible papa johns. they acted like there was not anything they could do to fix the issue. and just shrugged it off. so i asked for a refund.

So this place uses doordash to deliver, yet when an order gets lost they have no information on who picks it up or a way to reach them , people at the store sounded disgruntled that I had to call twice to get the answer of " all I can do is refund you or remake it to be sent again through doordash" which failed to get it here the 1st time! Poor poor service
