Papa Johns Pizza

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Extremely long wait and delivery is outsourced to DoorDash. The main issue I have is they don't tell you the wait time until after you have paid. The food was mediocre at best. I regret ordering with them. There are too many better options in Morgantown to waste time and money on Papa John's.

They switched my delivery to Door Dash and added 50 MORE MINUTES to my wait time. I do not want some unemployed rando driving around with my food. Gross.

Employee was agressive, hateful, did not want to speak to me, and I have been waiting 15minutes on an order that was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. I will never eat here again. Little Caesars employees are much nicer…

I ordered a relatively small order, one pizza, garlic knots and a order of cinnamon bread. We ordered takeout and made the foolish mistake of not checking the pizza before leaving. We drive 10 minutes back to our place and this is what we get. It’s one of the most disgusting looking pizza I have ever received. We drove back to get them to remake the pizza, we spent our money on gas to get the pizza remade. they never offered a refund or anything to compensate us for the error. I am so very disappointed. I will not be ordering from any papa johns in this area again.

The place was dirty. The workers were touching non food items then going to touch food items without washing hands. The phone was ringing, they ignored it and asked each other if they heard anything. Why ignore a phone call at 7pm when they are not busy? Just rude workers and a bad atmosphere. Will not be returning nor recommending.

They can’t even hand off the correct delivery orders, they took, to door dash. I really have to wonder if they’ll be able to read this review… since they don’t seem able to read the labels on the pizza box to hand off the right order.

They never answer the phone ! And the app if terrible to order on . There prices are ridiculous!!! 35 dollars for 3 items ! And I live right around the corner . Manager was rude !
