Yall be lying. This place is not cheap you get almost a 6 inch for 7.76 lol that’s sandwich only… it’s honestly pretty mid. Chicken was juicy but, really not worth the price..

service was exceptional. the gentleman with the glasses was extremely friendly and so helpful and kind. however, the cold turkey sub was completely inedible. the turkey was extremely gamey, and i only took two bites before spitting it out. my dog however loved the turkey. so i guess it was a win for him. lemonade tasted like sugar water, had barely any lemon taste. overall i do like this place, but maybe i made the wrong choice tonight.

I found a fingernail in my sandwich. Was enjoying a small sub and was almost done when I Chomped down on a pinky nail. Absolutely disgusting. Called to let them know and they did not seemed concerned at all and insinuated that I was lying, that it wasn’t possible because they wear gloves. Unimpressed with how they handled the situation.

Everything was great! Food was awesome! Service was fast! Employees were nice! It was just the price was more than expected! But that’s everywhere today. Close to $40 for 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks and large fries! Fast food places are getting just as expensive as sit down restaurants!

Great Penn Station location! Nice size with plenty of seating. Very clean! There was one employee working who I believe was the manager. He was excellent and you could tell he took pride in his establishment. We both ordered the Teriyaki Chicken sub and it was made fresh with quality ingredients. He told us the bread is made fresh and it definitely tasted like it. We also got fresh cut fries also delicious. The manager also gave us a chocolate chip cookie to try which he also said was baked fresh daily. I was very impress with this location. I have been to other Penn Station locations in PA and Southern WV and I got to say this is the best Penn Station I have experienced. Highly l recommend giving this location a try- you won’t regret it!!

***CUSTOMER BEWARE*** Even though this pertains to the Clarksburg location it still applies since the same office is in charge of paying their vendors. The plumbing company I work for was contacted back in October 2023 to clean out their grease trap. We promptly took care of the issue and have advised the contact person Ryan that this is severely past due. Back in March they blamed it on a change in their billing company but yet here were are almost 5 months after that statement and still nothing. Due to lack of payment we can no longer service ANY Penn Station locations for any future plumbing issues until this is resolved.

A well packed sub for the money. My one and only complaint is I ordered a Classic Italian, not realizing it appears on both cold and hot subs, and they did a hot without asking. Service was very fast.
