Ordered pizza at 6:40 pm on October 14, after waiting 2 hours and being on hold for over 40 minutes without anyone from the store picking up, our delivery finally said “out for delivery” online. We never received it, and the order status never changed to “delivered” so basically our order has been out for delivery for 2 weeks 🤔 we have reached out to customer service and the store multiple times about getting out $35 refund and NO ONE will respond or give us a refund....read full review
