Went there early today and the manger was extremely rude to his employees one I heard say he was puking and he was told to just get back to work i will never eat here again and will be filling a complaint to the health department

Pizza crust tasted like cinnamon and sugar which doesn’t go well with pepperoni and sauce. The bread sticks were horrible. Hard and tough to eat. Didn’t like the cinnamon bread sticks at all. The one pizza that was supposed to have extra sauce didn’t.

The chocolate donuts are absolutely disgusting. This should not be served. The garlic cheese sticks is also not good. The pizza was fine just barley any toppings cheese/pepperoni. You pay and order extra and never get it so what's the point. But please take the chocolate donuts off the menu. Literally like eating cardboard. I barley got 1 down and could not stomach anymore. The donuts and garlic cheese sticks was a waste of money bc it went in the trash

Drove out of our way to come here, and it looked run down and abandoned. Not one car in the lot, the building was dark, there was a large gate sticking out into the driving area, and the eat in entrance door said closed. However, it said they were open online. Please update Google if you're no longer open or don't offer eat in dining so people don't waste valuable time out of their day.

Called in a order at 10:30, got food at 11:00. I had ordered 2 large pizza and a double order of bread sticks. I understand that you get a marinara with each order of bread sticks. The lady that was working was very rude. Pulled up at the pickup window, she's playing on her phone. Had to wait until she was done texting to get my order. This was at the Brockway Ave location on Morgantown. I asked her if I could buy 4 more containers of mara my area sauce. She got very frustrated and said I guess. She got my order and more less through it out the window. I had to grab the bread sticks or they would have fell on the ground. The pizzas almost got dropped Also. If you would have seen how my pizzas looked. They were hot and they were a mess from how she more less through them at me. I just asked to buy 4 more cups of marinara sauce. I DID NOT asked for them for free I asked if I could BUY them. The pizza was all separated, toppings had slid of just a big old mess. Never again will I ever order from Pizza Hut again. The serviced sucked and the employee is really ruining your business. If I knew what the pizzas looked liked I would have thrown them back in the drive through window at her. I didn't get to look at them until I got home. I was so upset with the service and how my food looked. I paid $43.42. That was just like throwing my money down the toilet.Very upset and will be spreading the news about that location.
