Food was great but the service through the drive thru was not. I placed this huge order on the app. We didn’t get the coleslaw but more red beans & rice instead. A large mashed potatoes and a regular instead of just regular. My biggest issue with the order was the lack of sauce and attitude from drive thru worker. We received NONE of the sauces listed. I asked for more Signature sauce and butter at the window. Thank Goodness I did because thats all we got. NO honey, NO jelly,...
I was the only one in the store/lobby. I ordered a $14 chicken dinner and asked for hot sauce. The girl said they were “sold out.” I made a joke “oh no! Chicken with no hot sauce!” There was a delivery truck there. As I was leaving, the bin in the lobby was full with hot sauce. I could see if they were busy, but that was rude not to tell me.
We got there with almost 2 hours before they closed and the lobby was locked. We had to use the drive-thru. That was fine until we ordered and they were out of many sides and even chicken! We had to park and wait which was OK, except when everything came out it was cold.
