No one came to seat us after waiting for about 7 minutes. Asked the bartender and she said to wait up there and someone would be with us ...no one came.
Left a review earlier today about our not so great experience at the Morgantown location. I received phone call from the manager shortly after getting home regarding our experience. Just let me say he was very apologetic about our order and explained some of what may have happened. He assured me that he was addressing the issues and told me he had already refunded me the cost of our meal. I explained that this wasn’t necessary but he was insistent. I appreciate his commitment and willingness to go above and beyond to make his customers happy.
This location is one of my favorite places to eat in town. We use to drop by for their wings Sunday/Monday for years before that promo ended. Now its the signature sandwiches and amazing staff that keeps us coming back time and time again.

I just did an order for a cheesesteak bomb with no peppers and cheese ff. It’s so salty I can’t eat it. Omg I’m so mad I spent $23 dor a sandwich and fries and still have no dinner. Just literally mouth watering. Never ordering from here again. And I have to wait for a refund and no dinner 😡
The food itself was good, but the service was absolutely terrible. Our server, Cheyenne, greeted us very quietly and unfriendly. With a college football game going on in town, the restaurant was already very loud, and we could barely hear her. She didn’t write anything down despite all of us having modifications. When I began to explain the sauces I needed, she cut me off and told me to “wait,” which felt dismissive.
She completely forgot our bacon cheese fries appetizer, which only came out after our meals arrived (though she did remove it from the bill). On top of that, one person in our group had to wait much longer for her food, and when it finally came, it was wrong. Instead of apologizing, the server argued with us about what was ordered, which came across as hostile.
This is now the second time I’ve been to Primanti Bros where the food was enjoyable but the service was extremely disappointing. Every person in our group works in the restaurant industry, so we understand what busy looks like. What’s frustrating is how easy it is to be kind and attentive, yet that effort was missing here. To make things worse, after we shared our concerns, the server began explaining how long she’d been working and that coworkers had called off. While I can sympathize, it was confusing and felt unprofessional to hear as a guest.

Delicious as always! My wife had the Reuben and i had the New Yorker. Both breads were fresh and the sandwiches were piping hot. We were there for happy hour and the drinks were a great deal. The service was good. We would recommend this location.

Just HAD to stop in on vacation after not having one near me in decades and it’s as awesome as I remember - our bartender Leah was amazing, as was our food and beer.
