I am not normally in this part of the world but I swung down on the way to Columbus to get a mountain bike in, then swung by the shop to get some beans and a pour-over. The fact I could find a pour-over in the heart of the Appalachians is a testament to this shop. The fact it was good? Well damn that's legit.
I don't know if the beans are good, as I just got them.
Service was friendly. Atmosphere was relaxed.

The best coffee I have ever had. The flavor is so unique I enjoy it! One day there was a long line, was feeling impatient that day and went to Starbucks instead. Instantly regretted that choice. Starbucks is disgusting/bitter compared to this coffee.
For those complaining about the wait time: if you want fast go to Dunkin’s or Starbucks, if you want quality come here, or try and be the first one at the door when it opens!

Really cute specialty coffee spot. The artwork and decorations are awesome and make for a great vibe. However, it seems they are routinely understaffed so the queue is really long. Took about 30 min to get a drink due to only one barista who had to both take orders and make drinks. The coffee itself was underwhelming and I was not impressed. Oat latte was mostly oat milk with hardly any coffee flavor. Unfortunately I won't be back.

We had a lovely lunch here while driving through from Louisville. From the looks of it, this might be one of the best lunch spot for vegans in the area! We’re so glad we stopped by. The coffee and chai latte were great, and so were the lunch and baked goods.

Makes me want to move here! Such good drinks and the beans…. I just ran out and am crying! They are so good. Great independent third wave roaster!!!

We came on a Saturday around 1045 with my baby and had to wait 30 min and never made it to the front of the line. We ended up leaving with 3 quests in front of us still needing to be served (we had to be somewhere). There was only one employee and though she was super nice, was taking forever to take orders and make drinks. She did have time, however, to get treats for the dog and cat that came in. Haven’t been to a coffee shop yet that prioritizes the animals over the people in line. The cat was in a carrier and the guest that had it put the carrier on the table where people touch and the dog was on a long leash and allowed behind the counter. Not from Morgantown and don’t know animal laws in service here but definitely off putting especially considering some people have allergies to animals and don’t expect them in the shop. I can’t even comment on the coffee which I really wanted to try but unfortunately on this Saturday it wasn’t going to happen.
Hands down the best coffee shop I've ever found. The quality of the coffee and their specialty drinks are amazing. I'm sad I had to move out of Morgantown for grad school because I miss being a regular as I've not found anything that compares. I try to always stop by once when I'm back in town. Highly recommend!
