Went to dinner with my mom to use her gift card she got from Christmas. Olivia did a great job and was very pleasant and kind.

Great food, good service

Visited on a busy night. We were seated in the back near the kitchen entrance. It was noisy and constant traffic including patrons looking for the bathrooms.
The waitress was busy but was very brief on visits, not giving enough time to ask for refills, extra plates, more ice for drinks, etc.
The food was good. The salmon was a little overcooked but tasted fine.

The food was very bland. It looked beautiful but it had no flavor. Very disappointed after spending $123. I will say the service was exceptional. The restaurant was clean and presentable. Very nice atmosphere. I just wish you got the quality of food that you pay the price for.

Service was poor. My lobster tail was so over cooked it was like eating rubber. This was my anniversary dinner with my husband and we don't get to go out much. Just to be disappointed. No one should get 2 baskets of bread before their drinks.

My husband and I went on Veterans Day because they honor veterans with a free dinner. You don't get to choose, it's just whatever they decide but he loved it. The spicy chicken fettuccine is what I got and it was great. Chocolate cake was amazing. Service was fast and friendly. The manager rounded on all the tables. Never had a bad meal here

We were greeted by a hostess who had a couple other jobs it seemed. She appeared to handle it all with grace and friendliness. We were shown our booth and weren't seated but a couple minutes before we were greeted by our waitress, Jewell. She was delightful and professional yet met us on an honest level of conversation. She listened attentively to what we wanted and checked back with us often, but subtlety to ask if we needed anything else.
The employees made the great meal that much nicer!

Dietary restrictions: Jewell brought me a gluten free menu when I asked, then explained it all to me! She was fantastic! I am a celiac and didn't get sick from eating the shrimp scampi!

Waitress was outstanding!! When food came out, the shrimp scampi was a bit dry from sitting, so our waitress ordered a fresh order. In the meantime, she served our meals and informed us of the situation. She did leave the scampi with me (which actually was not too bad)and promised the fresh order as soon as it was ready.

Great food and service from Jewel. We love stopping here when we travel. It’s easy to get off the interstate and back on. Everyone is always friendly.

I didn't go there for atmosphere , I wanted the main lobster roll platter! But to my chagrin this red lobster didn't have it anymore!!!! ? Wtf. 900 miles and had to oder a lobster ? seafood fest plate. Bummer.
