I came in very late on 2/25, and was greeted with the best customer service Iāve ever received. Sunsarae was behind the bar and she is awesome, I will continue to come in and pray that she is working. Oscar the manager was awesome, telling me I could stay as long as I would like, and continuing to check on me to make sure I was doing okay. The food was LEGIT! 10/10 will definitely be coming back to see these guys, they make Ruby Tuesday feel like a home instead of a restaurant!

Was at an event by the WVU Dance team. It is conveniently located right beside where we were staying for the weekend, which was great considering it was snowing heavy. The staff was very friendly and caring while seating us, taking our order, and all the way to the end. The food was excellent and all with great portions. Will be a goto on our list at future events. The hostess was very nice and our server was extra accommodating. My husband and I are on keto and not only is this the best place for a keto dieter, but they had no issue removing the bun and fries and replacing them. Oh and the salad bar!!! Absolutely amazing. Probably my favorite restaurant in morgantown.
Also they have paper straws and togo boxes AND insane deals!!!
Me and my husband ordered steak with 2 sides each. It took over an hour for our food to get to us and it was COLD when it FINALLY arrived! And I've NEVER had to pay EXTRA for salad bar in my life until we went here! This was actually our first visit. NEVER AGAIN!

This is actually a nice place. However service sucks! We walked out last time after not even being acknowledged to be seated after waiting 10 min. Well today came back. Let the door slam 4 times before being acknowledged. Was seated and about left when someone came to table. I got salad bar n had to ask for silverware. Potatoes skins were over fried. Was like rocks! This is most likely our LAST visit here!!! It's sad because this could be a busy place. Would of rather squatted in parking lot as bathroom was disgusting. Big thumbs down here anymore. Manager well that's another whole post. Youngr waitress did fine. Not her fault by far

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ruby Tuesday, and I have to say, the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff here truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel special.
The service was impeccableāour server was attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations. Our food arrived quickly, cooked to perfection, and every request was met with a cheerful attitude.
What stood out the most was the incredible management. The manager, in particular, was outstandingāconstantly checking on tables, ensuring everyone was satisfied, and even taking the time to engage in friendly conversation with guests. Itās clear that they lead by example, creating a team that genuinely cares about their customers.
Itās rare to find a restaurant where every staff member seems genuinely happy to be there, but Ruby Tuesday has achieved just that. The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and a dedicated team makes this a must-visit spot. I will definitely be returning soon!

We came for lunch only 1 other table was there. They sat us at the next table! An entirely empty room and we are right next to 2 moderately loud men. Ordered 3 drinks 1 alch other 2 non, got fried mushrooms app, 2 salad bars, a mushroom Swiss smash burger with a side and fried catfish... The mushrooms we thin sliced pcs = maybe 3 total mushrooms, the smash burger was extremely over cooked, the fish was dry with no seasoning, the salad bar had wilted lettuce even brownish mushy pcs, one of the "toppings" was fried jalapeƱo peppers with no labels so a mouthful of salad at the beginning of our meal was so burning it was offensive. We told the waitress (who was nice they should label that so others like kids won't choke!) We asked for a refilled diet soda and it came in a very questionable cracked and split glass!! We refused the glass and they brought another about 10 min later... we were still the ONLY table in the entire place at 11:30-12 noon... we were presented with an electronic checkout and she waited while we ran our cc then chose her tip. Pretty awkward actually. When it was all said n done, lunch for 2 people + tip was... $82.70. For the service B+, the food was D-, the drink was B, the entire experience was .... we won't be back!
