Waiting time of about 30 minutes and in store pick up unavailable. The app should at least notify you of this when placing the order.

I love the location of this store since it’s right off the highway. However, either the drive-thru or inside the store is always closed randomly making it difficult to plan out my mornings when I do decide to stop for coffee and ruins my experience. The last three times I have stopped this had happened (early am times). Additionally, the mobile app will let you order when they are swamped/should be turned off. I’ve never had any issues with drinks/food here 💚, but it’s hit and miss on customer service at the drive thru window. Some days are better than others, but it makes me consider driving across town for better service.

I came in at 9:22 AM and ordered a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch and a Pumpkin Muffin. By 9:56, I was still waiting for my order even though there were only two guests inside and six employees working.
When Jada asked someone who had just ordered if they were waiting on anything, I went up to let them know I’d been waiting over half an hour. She told me my order had been sitting there, but she had just put the muffin on the counter and then said she’d have to remake the drink.
Extremely slow service, no awareness of waiting customers, and zero communication.

The drive thru is randomly closed at times. This is very odd for a high traffic Starbucks near an interstate. I normally would just go in, but on this particular visit, I had been awake for more than 24-hours and had a sick sleeping baby in the back of my car. I ended up driving a few miles down the road to Tim Hortons. Additionally, if they are understaffed or the window is broken, It would help to add that to the note.

There are too many people here on video/zoom meetings talking/monologuing VERY loudly. If you want quiet, do NOT come here to stay inside.

Disgusting restroom. Worst Starbucks restroom I've been in. Toilet seat was broken, soap dispenser was broken and out of soap. Hairs and dirt in the sink. My drink was good though!

Popped in during a long drive for coffee. The cashier had a smile that was wonderful and she was very friendly. Our coffees came up quickly and correctly. The only thing I noticed was that they didn't announce all of the coffees so I actually didn't know when mine came up.

I came to this store on 4/20, Easter Sunday at around 9 AM. The staff was absolutely slammed with a drive thru line wrapping around the building, dozens of mobile orders, and a horde of walk ins. They handled the pressure of that crazy rush with grace. They were so kind to everyone, were happily giving people status updates on their orders, and dealt with straight up verbal abuse from ridiculous customers. Anyone with functioning vision should have been able to see why there was a delay with orders.
My drink was excellent, everyone I talked to was kind and trying their best. I want to shout out the whole crew working that day. I can't remember everyone's name but Niko, Courtney, and Kaylee were doing a phenomenal job.
Atrocious service. Refuse to turn mobile ordering off then store is backed up. Allows customers to order via mobile for in store pick up not knowing lobby is closed with a drive thru line wrapped around the corner. Ordered via mobile for DRIVE THRU, waited 30 minutes in drive thru line to be told they are backed up on mobile orders and I could park my car and wait or come back later. Instead of just making my drink right there and then since I was at the drive thru window. They made me re order my drinks instead of making what I had ordered via mobile.
This place is poorly ran and management should be ashamed. They rely heavily on college kids as employees and are ALWAYS understaffed.

I will never return to this store.The service was awful and the employees, including the manager, were rude. The inside dining area was not busy so I could walk right into place an order quickly. However, that order is placed behind 2 dozen drive thru and online orders. When you ask about your order you get snide responses. When the barista finished my daughter's order she nearly threw it across the counter spilling it. A truly awful Sunday morning experience at this location.
