Its a nice shop and the coffee is good but service is disgustingly slow. They prioritize drive thru over everything else and you can't even order ahead at this location. This is truly the worst Starbucks in Morgantown. It took 15 minutes from the time I paid for them to start on my order. I love the location of this store since it’s right off the highway. However, either the drive-thru or inside the store is always closed randomly making it difficult to plan out my mornings when I do decide to stop for coffee and ruins my experience. Popped in during a long drive for coffee. The cashier had a smile that was wonderful and she was very friendly. Our coffees came up quickly and correctly. The only thing I noticed was that they didn't announce all of the coffees so I actually didn't know when mine came up.
