Worst service I’ve had at a starbucks. Barista was rude, made the wrong drink and was annoyed when I asked for the right drink, and tried to give me a cup covered in coffee that I watched her wipe with a clorox wipe all over the lid. Unsanitary and a bad experience overall.

I usually enjoy the coffee at Starbucks, but unfortunately the service this time was disappointing.

Sunday morning shift people don't know what a cappuccino is. Don't get one. They'll give you a cup full a foam for $5.

The service from Brett was so amazing!! Me and my mother have a long drive home and he gave us the boost of energy we needed with his kindness and fun energy! Excellent service :)

Brett served my drinks and provided me with the best service I have ever received at a business. He has made my experience at Starbucks worth only coming to this location so long as I am in Morgantown! My life has been changed by his dedication to customer service and excellence

Iced shaken expresso is delicious

I don't think this plan is clean or or test like the original Starbucks

Absolute best Starbucks. I will never go anywhere else unless I absolutely have to. The manager at the establishment is INCREDIBLE and always hooks me up with the best drinks 🥰🥰🥰 Rachelle (I don’t know if I spelled that correctly) is always so friendly and knows exactly what I want when I go in. She got me a different drink today and said if I didn’t like it she would make my usual, but it was incredible and might be my new (seasonal) drink 😭🥰😭🥰 will forever be a customer with them.

It's a Starbucks inside the Kroger so it's pretty convenient to get a drink to go with your grocery shopping.

Despite being inside Kroger it's never too busy and the staff make drinks quickly. A couple things to keep in mind. First you can't order ahead on the Starbucks app. Second their drink menu is not as big as a standalone Starbucks. That said anything I would drink is on the menu.

They also have things like cake pops and other baked goods if you want to grab a snack. All in all it's a nice addition to what we call Gucci Kroger.

This Starbucks is the filthiest place I have ever been in. I was frankly shocked at the condition of the serving areas, counter spaces and the floor. Not a good look and very disappointing. We will never go back.

Good coffee. Barista fast, efficient and polite. Everything I would expect from Starbucks.

They've closed the bathrooms due to Covid 19. How is it ok to come in for coffee but not take a whiz? Sorry excuse for not wanting to clean your facilities.
