While the layout is nice and there is plenty of seats both inside the Starbucks as well as outside. It seems they r flash than substance. I ordered an espresso drink from a lady who just looked angry to be here and because I was in my street clothes not my scrubs, was not as friendly to me as she was to the docs in front of me. I ordered a drink and sandwich and took 10 minutes and the eggs OK my sandwich were still ice and bacon undercooked. I will not be waisting anymore money on their food at least. And from the customer service just get stuff from the cafeteria the coffee was just as good.

I’m am sorry to write this but my family has an absolutely awful experience at this Starbucks. My family has been spending several sleepless nights at the hospital dealing with the slow passing of my grandmother. Needless to say it has been an emotional and physically exhausting experience. Today, we needed to at least get a bit to eat from days of barely staying together mentally.
As we went down to treat my mom to a danish and some coffee. The employees there could barely be bothered to talk or at least attempt bare minimum customer service. While I am waiting at the register, they are just talking to themselves back faced to the register. After finally getting their attention I placed my order (two danishes and a coffee). I grabbed the food and headed back up the elevator only to realize that there was just one danish. I had thought that my mind, being in the fog it is, didn’t order a second one, but the receipt said two. I went back down to ask for my second one. They ignored for the first half and when I finally got their attention again asked for the second one. They gave a bit of attitude, and said stuff like we can’t do anything unless you can prove (which i have the receipt to prove). They continued to give unnecessary attitude. I’ll admit that I did raise my volume a bit. I am tired, and emotionally drained due to the situation of my grandparent and everything that comes with it. I had mentioned that I am dealing with the death of my grandmother just upstairs. and to that they just toss the danish on the counter top and said “good luck to your grandma” in the most condescending manner. Who says that? I’m sorry that hearing up a pastry for 30 seconds is so emotionally taxing for you. It is extremely unprofessional costumer service especially is you are working in high emotional places like a hospital settings I get it, not every job and day so great. But maybe consider the environment and situation people you are working around in? This place leaves a sick spot in my stomachs So disappointing.

Terrible customer service. My daughter spent 24 days with her baby in the NICU after him having brain surgery. went to order coffee. There were 6 or 7 crew members standing and laughting. Not one of them said hello or bothered to pay attention to us.
I said "are you open" and they said yes. after finally getting our drinks they were goofing around flipping the lights off and on and laughing I think in a hospital where people are already hurting and don't want to be there, the staff should have been more sensitive and kind

Atmosphere-4stars- located in the lobby of WVU Ruby Hospital. Beautiful location very spacious. Comfortable place to hang out if you have to be at the hospital for a period of time.
Service- 4 stars- very busy location but runs very efficient. Line went fast with little wait for my order.

Over-priced mediocrity. One person working one of two registers while the other employees stood there watching and waiting for him to tell them what to make. A couple of the young ladies were ear buds, so it was obvious customers were not their focus. For the price they charge, I expect a clean store and outstanding service.

there are charges to my bank account from this starbucks dated 4/4/22. I have not been in morgantown for over a month. my daughter's card and person I work with both received charges from this Starbucks to their bank cards on the same date and also have not been to morgnatown in months. I've tried for days to contact this store to discuss this and the line is always busy. Please look into this and resolve this matte.r FOLKS, if you notice a charge that looks suspicious... it it! Starbucks, please look into this

Service was friendly however drink was made incorrectly. It's so aggravating paying for a drink that doesn't taste right and not realizing it until you have already left. I ordered a toasted white mocha and it tasted like warm milk.
