I normally stop by here for an Americano before my yoga class. I pre ordered my regular on the app. I walked in and no one was at the counter. The associate walked into the kiosk and looked at me. I said I had a mobile order. I had to repeat twice I had a mobile order. They walked to the register and pulled the ticket. Once I received my drink it was cold. Cold like milk. I asked did I accidentally order my drink cold. The blank response was you ordered oat milk so it’s cold. I e ordered same from this store multiple times and it’s usually so hot I have to wait until after class to drink it. I just said oh ok, based on the blank response and seeming desire not to acknowledge the customer had a problem. I walked out of the store and threw the beverage in the trash.

This place can not create an iced shaken espresso properly anymore. I have ordered this drink at this Starbucks and the surrounding ones for years. However, I have ordered this drink 5-6x over the last 2 months to see if it would improve while visiting other Starbucks and it has not. The remake policy is a joke and useless when you ordered prior to work and it’s not an excuse for consistent poor drinks.

was asked “how are you” and i said “im good how are you?” and the lady started laughing so hard that she had to turn her mic off, came back after literally laughing in my face, and then proceeded to start laughing again. idk what was so funny about my appearance or what i said, but as someone with severe anxiety i did not feel comfortable ordering so i drove off. i will be calling corporate and calling back to speak to a manager. this kind of behavior is unacceptable. do better.

This Starbucks is by far one of the best locations I have been to. I have only been visiting this location for a few months now, but each time I visit I recieve amazing service. I often go out of my way to stop at this location rather than stop anywhere else in Morgantown. The employees are always very kind (even at 7:00 in the morning!), and they are so quick and efficient. I have never been to a Starbucks so organized and properly managed.

Stopped coming here due to long wait and drinks that did not seem to be made properly. I use to love the pumpkin spice lattes, not anymore. My money is on Black Rifle Coffee. In my opinion the Stone Tower Coffee place appears to be managed better and has a great selection.
