Please please please listen to milk change requests! the last 3 times i got coffee and asked for a different non dairy milk i’ve received normal milk in my drink. I’m allergic to milk and it’s not just intolerance or a preference. i use to love coming but lately it’s been rough. I understand if it’s busy and if it’s inconvenient but it’s just a waste to spend $5-6 on a coffee i end up having to throw away and then having to watch for allergen levels. I’m usually able to notice if the milk if regular or not relatively easily but when i add flavoring it gets hard.

Honestly I love coming here but today they were so rude. Yes people think they will sit in traffic longer and place their orders. Sometimes they get there faster. No need to be rude and talk shit on the customer while they are sitting at the window and can hear you!

I love the selection here, but at every location, consistency is lacking. If I order a shaken drink, I do, in fact, expect it to be shaken every time. I've been receiving them unmixed. Most food is made from frozen, so it can be a bit dry.

The girl that waited us kept insisting she was a MAN .. SHE DIDNT LIKE BEING REFERRED TO AS SHE FOR WHAT EVER REASON . HELL I DONT KNOW .... Not a good visit and no hot drinks
