Please please please listen to milk change requests! the last 3 times i got coffee and asked for a different non dairy milk i’ve received normal milk in my drink. I love the selection here, but at every location, consistency is lacking. If I order a shaken drink, I do, in fact, expect it to be shaken every time. I've been receiving them unmixed. Most food is made from frozen, so it can be a bit dry.

I placed a mobile order. When I went in to pick it up, it wasn't ready. 3 people working kept walking by me and no one asked if I needed help or had been waited on. I finally stopped someone to ask about my order and they hadn't even started it yet. When they finally did call my name, I was still missing a drink. I ended up waiting inside for almost 15 minutes for my "order ahead" order.
