We DO NOT go to Starbucks, ever. But my son wanted to try Boba. So I said sure! The woman who took my order was amazing. She was completely patient and very knowledgeable. I had to change the order a few times, and she remained kind and polite the entire time.

I ordered a cold brew salted caramel coffee and it came out completely white and tasted extremely sugary. We asked for there to be more coffee in it instead of it just being cream and the Manager handed me a separate coffee cup with cold brew in it. It didn’t help the problem and just melted all the ice.

Save your time and go to any other Starbucks. Employee with red hair is rude every single time I am there. I asked for a pour over in the drive thru and they made a whole pot of brewed coffee in a carafe instead. The coffee was absolutely awful. I went in to get it fixed and they told me it was out of the carafe. Which isn’t even what I asked for!! A single pour over is what I asked for. Woman with red hair proceeded to tell me she knew what a pour over was, but then why not make it correctly? Went in today again and asked for a pour over with siren blend. Not only did they take over 20 minutes to make it, a different female employee steamed the milk and let it sit there while taking care of customers. When I asked her to remake the milk because I wanted foam, instead of dumping it out, she just re-steamed the same milk!! Talk about burnt. Nasty pour over. Asked for refund. A 98 billon dollar company can’t train and hires employees that should not be in customer service.
