Terrible service. The employee wearing a hat who was making the coffee rolled her eyes and refused to make me a coffee. I've never encountered such service anywhere else. Don't go here, you'll only waste your time.

My girlfriend asked for them to write Charlie on the cup and they wouldn’t do it because “they don’t know if they were supposed to be involved with his name.” First off, who cares?! It’s literally just a name that we wanted on our mint majesty tea. Didn’t ask for them to agree with our beliefs or something. Like seriously that’s it just asked for his name on the cup. We went to a different Starbucks and they did it with no questions asked. I’m sick of people disrespecting others and disrespecting people that died. It’s not cool. Isn’t the customer supposed to be right? Apparently the customers aren’t right in their eyes here at this Starbucks. I feel like they think of us as pieces of crap or something. I don’t appreciate this one bit. 😡

Max at the drive thru window made my girlfriend and I laugh so hard. Awesome customer service, fast service, and such an amazing vibe. It's out of our way and we will be coming back here on the regular. Thank you Max, you made our day a million times better by being you!
Stopped at this location for the first time. It was very late and 20 minutes before the store closed. In my experience this can sometimes lead to a poorly made drink as staff just wants to leave. Not here. Staff were extremely friendly. Place was very clean and my ice mocha was made perfectly. This seems like a great location!

Been coming to this location at least twice weekly for 6 months now. By far my favorite Starbucks in town. Last Saturday systems were off but Joel still managed to make my trenta iced coffee with a smile on his face. And tbh it was the best tasting one in a long time. Thanks Chaplin hill starbucks. And a huge shout out to Joel and Kyllee!
