i’m aware that during the fall season, pumpkin syrup and anything pumpkin is very popular. However, not everyone likes this. I ordered a Venti Iced Chai Latte with whole milk and three extra pumps of chai. The first time it was made fully a pumpkin chai with the cold foam. I told the worker and she then remade it the same exact way. i then asked again for just a chai latte and whole milk. I was then met with attitude from Nick. Being told “okay we can fix that” once i explained that this would’ve been the third time it was being made. He then goes “Well i said we can get it”. and then preceded to make my drink wrong. while it had no cold foam, it still had pumpkin. I took my drink, and embarrassment and left. I never would’ve thought a simple Chai latte could be so difficult. Please listen to your customers and what the issues are so they can be addressed respectfully and promptly.

Atmosphere was generic and unimaginative. Service was disappointing misspelled my name and when I specified a coffee with sugar and cream the gave me coffee with milk and that coffee was burnt horribly. If you feel like you're making a mistake then ask where you don't, don't just make the drink and hope the customer doesn't notice

The store was supposed to be closed at 2100. I was there around 2020 ish. I drove 6 Miles to get here, just because its closing time was 2100. But it was closed before 2030.

Very rude employees. Made the wrong drink and got very argumentative when I asked if it was what I had ordered. They said I didn’t order what I did in fact order, then they admitted they made it incorrectly and said they don’t make that drink there (when I’ve gotten the drink I had ordered numerous times at this location), and they charged more for it. I originally tried showing them on the menu what I had wanted (a simple caffe vanilla) when I was ordering the first time because some stores don’t know what a caffe vanilla is even though it’s been a regular menu item for over 10 years. While making the frap, one employee said to another one that they were using the wrong blender (I had ordered oat milk and they were using the dairy blender). They laughed and the employee making the drink said they didn’t know there were separate blenders (but continued to use the dairy one). Then I had to order and purchase another drink because the first one was so bad and the issue wasn’t remedied. I never write reviews but this incident is inexcusable. I can maybe understand the incorrectness had I ordered some custom extravagant drink but making that many excuses for why my regular basic menu item drink wasn’t made correctly and refusing to fix it all while being extremely rude is how places lose business.

These guys closes their Starbucks solely based on their whims. Many a times I have to return empty handed. I don’t know why they are even allowed to operate.
A distinct lack of working bidets. I will not wipe like a savage.
