It took over 22 minutes for a counter order. The gentlemen who ordered in front of us only took 4 minutes. Do not waste your time here at this location like we did.

Why do they waste so much?? Every time I go there they use 2 cups AND a hot sleeve. Why? It's such a disgusting, pointless waste. Coffee being too hot to hold with just a sleeve is coffee that will cause damage if it spills on you. It's like they're looking to get sued. Just ask McDonalds about it.

If I want YOUR employees to know about this I need to take more action? I'd think that you, as the owner, would be the one to take criticism and constructively give it to your employees, right? Bizarre.

Edit 2: another day of burnt disgusting coffee. No one has time to wait around for them to make a new pot of coffee. Why is the coffee old and burnt? Change it.

This was the first time I was ever served a cold cup of “hot” coffee at Starbucks. What a bunch of lazy workers. Brew a fresh pot of coffee. It’s not that hard. Unbelievable.

Message to the owner: This was on Monday night (9/16) around 7:30pm. It was a small blonde girl with long hair pulled back who served me. She even put a sleeve on the cup with a stopper in it so that I wouldn’t notice until I got home. I own my own business too, and if she was one of my employees, she’d be gone in a second because work ethic can’t be taught. I screenshotted my receipt for your reference.

i hate to be a complainer but i come here maybe once or twice a week. and it seems like my drink can never be made correctly even though its menu item. the caramel ribbon crunch is whipped cream caramel drizzle the caramel crunch in the bottom with blended milk and ice. the man who had made my drink 2 times now has messed up the bottom of my drink. there is never any extra caramel. both times i’ve ordered for extra caramel. and there is not even one pump at the bottom. i understand messing up a couple times. but this man he’s messed up our custom order after repeatedly correcting him, and then today he’s messed up a simple menu drink. it’s getting really annoying. and it wasn’t all to busy. and had more then 3 staff behind the counter. he just constantly seems confused and unsure how to do his job. the other man who made my boyfriend drink followed the correct way to make the drink so it’s not all the employees.

All three items in my order were flat out wrong, and the girls working were far too stoned to comprehend their mistake when confronted. Management here needs to break out the urine test kits and send these losers home. Abhorrent service from a Starbucks location.

Not a great experience , maybe I just hit them on a bad day…..
Ordered a brewed coffee-asked for dark roast but “ all we have now is medium roast” ok no biggie;
After about 5 minutes someone went over to try and pour my medium roast, then started looking around for the bag ( to make more) so obviously the urn was empty;
I said ,oh do you need to brew more of the Odyssey blend? Because if so, Id rather just have the dark roast anyway, I’ll take a pour over;
So she started the assembly process for the pour over, another 5-6 minutes had passed, and she finishes the pour over and takes it over to the drive thru orders (!!) I’m pretty sure I had asked for pour over before anyone in the drive thru based on how long I was standing there, but ok..
Then she makes another pour over and gives it to me-I was in there maybe 15 minutes, just for a ready to pour coffee-and to top it off-no pun intended-it was cold when I took my first sip ! I should have said something at the time but I didn’t want to be a Karen, my real name lol. But no apology was offered either, for the delay, which showed me their lack of awareness.
