I don't usually like Starbucks, but this location is new, clean, and the atmosphere is nice. The staff were great as well. It Will likely be overan by the high street crowd, but rn it's great.

We ordered a drink in store and after 20 minutes we asked where our drinks were in the cue. At which point, they told us it would be a 40 minute wait. This was not communicated at the time of us ordering and the manager did not handle our frustration well. Will not be visiting again.

This is def one of the worst coffee shops in the area. Always super slow, never have working equipment, the workers are off putting, it’s basically a hot mess of a Starbucks. Beware!!

The location was hard to get to due to it being on the other side of the airport from my gate, but the staff was really friendly. I did buy two of the Starbucks mugs that were priced incredibly higher than regular Starbucks that I’ve been to overall coffee was greatMarch overly priced

Very clean bathrooms
It took over 22 minutes for a counter order. The gentlemen who ordered in front of us only took 4 minutes. Do not waste your time here at this location like we did.
They were super busy this morning, but they were very efficient and friendly. Plus, they were jamming out to great music.

Why do they waste so much?? Every time I go there they use 2 cups AND a hot sleeve. Why? It's such a disgusting, pointless waste. Coffee being too hot to hold with just a sleeve is coffee that will cause damage if it spills on you. It's like they're looking to get sued. Just ask McDonalds about it.

If I want YOUR employees to know about this I need to take more action? I'd think that you, as the owner, would be the one to take criticism and constructively give it to your employees, right? Bizarre.
Edit 2: another day of burnt disgusting coffee. No one has time to wait around for them to make a new pot of coffee. Why is the coffee old and burnt? Change it.
All I can say is yum!
This was the first time I was ever served a cold cup of “hot” coffee at Starbucks. What a bunch of lazy workers. Brew a fresh pot of coffee. It’s not that hard. Unbelievable.
Message to the owner: This was on Monday night (9/16) around 7:30pm. It was a small blonde girl with long hair pulled back who served me. She even put a sleeve on the cup with a stopper in it so that I wouldn’t notice until I got home. I own my own business too, and if she was one of my employees, she’d be gone in a second because work ethic can’t be taught. I screenshotted my receipt for your reference.
