This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to. Their drinks are always made perfectly and quickly everytime. The cafe is comfortable and the cleanest lobby out of any of the Morgantown locations. The manager Morgan clearly cares about her employees and customers, she is always on the floor helping everything run smoothly.

Was just here and the service was horrible. The coffee came fast but we didn’t even receive. Thank you from the lady at the window. Just handed the coffee to us and shut the window no words spoken even after we said thank you to her.

This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever experienced. Every time I go, which is typically at least once a week, the workers are very personable and the quality is top notch. Everyone I’ve encountered has been super helpful and my orders are always on time and taste AMAZING! McKinzie is especially sweet. Would highly recommend a stop here!

I placed an online mobile order for pick up, I go to get it and the employee named MADDY told me that it was placed at another location. I state it shows the correct address and i am correct and she said its not here. I go to the closes location as directed and surprise I WAS CORRECT. THANKFULLY the location at the hotel made my drinks for me, FREE OF CHARGE because they wanted to correct my issue. I called the office when driving to work to explain I WAS CORRECT and to cancel my order and she was RUDE and said that she cant do that. I explained it was the correct location and she pretty much did not care. I filed a complaint against her with corporate because what do you mean I tell you my name twice and you cant remember it when looking for my order and then when you find it i sent it to the wrong location??? I WORKED ABOVE YOU I KNOW THE ADDRESS.

We ordered a drink in store and after 20 minutes we asked where our drinks were in the cue. At which point, they told us it would be a 40 minute wait. This was not communicated at the time of us ordering and the manager did not handle our frustration well. Will not be visiting again.
This is def one of the worst coffee shops in the area. Always super slow, never have working equipment, the workers are off putting, it’s basically a hot mess of a Starbucks. Beware!!

The location was hard to get to due to it being on the other side of the airport from my gate, but the staff was really friendly. I did buy two of the Starbucks mugs that were priced incredibly higher than regular Starbucks that I’ve been to overall coffee was greatMarch overly priced
