i hate to be a complainer but i come here maybe once or twice a week. and it seems like my drink can never be made correctly even though its menu item. the caramel ribbon crunch is whipped cream caramel drizzle the caramel crunch in the bottom with blended milk and ice. the man who had made my drink 2 times now has messed up the bottom of my drink. there is never any extra caramel. both times i’ve ordered for extra caramel. and there is not even one pump at the bottom. i understand...
i LOVE this starbucks. the employees are so nice and make it such a personable experience which isn’t to be expected at a starbucks. i look forward to seeing the crew in the mornings!
