I live in Washington, DC, where Michelin-starred restaurants surround me, but nothing compares to my love for Stefano’s! The atmosphere is unmatched, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is outstanding. Their Chilean sea bass, prime NY strip, escargot, and amazing meatballs are impeccable. Plus, they serve the freshest, piping hot bread in West Virginia. I always order the carrot cake for dessert (moist, flavorful & pleasing). Stefano's truly has it all!
Our meals were great, but the service was atrocious. We had reservations and were there slightly ahead of our time, waited for over a half hour while others who came in after us were seated first. In hindsight, it wouldn't have made much difference because service at our table was so slow. Our meal took almost 2 1/2 hours. We did enjoy ourselves and the food was fantastic
Phenomenal service and outstanding food! The vodka chicken is tremendously amazing, but you should ask for extra sauce, and I always get double protein, so that's what you're seeing. It's incredible.
