They don’t have a working app. Gives you a time that it’s supposed to be ready and then you end up waiting 40 minutes past that for a single food item. Service has gone downhill the past year, but prices keep going up. Food quality also keeps decreasing. Don’t know what happened to this place

Our first time stopping by at Stone Tower in Morgantown WV. We were greeted by your barista Alainah who was so helpful, patient and kind while we were placing our order. Alainah gave such great customer service which made our fist visit not to be the last. Also, the food is excellent and the coffee was amazing. We will definitely be back to visit and spread the word of how great Stone Tower is in many ways. Thank you. Kim and Rod D.

I finally stopped in with the family to Stone Tower Morgantown a few weeks ago for some breakfast. I had heard good things and was eager to see for myself. Y'all know how I feel about breakfast.

I kept it simple with some waffles and bacon. I've been craving waffles for a minute and they're my absolute favorite breakfast food. Both were delicious!

But... They had Lacto-Kooler! So I had to have a glass of that as well. Not how I expected breakfast to go but I wasn't mad at it at all!

I was thoroughly impressed with Stone Tower and can't wait to try more of their menu. I didn't even get to the coffee, so I'm looking forward to that as well.

Expect to wait 25 minutes got good. Ridiculous amount of time to wait for food.
Everybody was vnice. Good place to study.
Keep in mind: Gets busy quick and tables are sometimes all occupied. Prices are higher and food takes a lot of time to prepare.

I have been a regular at this place for quite some time, so I obviously have enjoyed it. I like the design of the store, the baristas are incredibly nice, and my drinks are reliably consistent. I enjoy their fun and unique seasonal menu items.

My issues lie with the physical environment, in that it is so incredibly hot that I have not been going as much lately. It does not make the experience enjoyable. I once saw the thermostat set to 78 degrees. I continuously try to do work here but end up leaving within an hour or less because I can’t stand the temperature.

Another issue is that the tables are not consistently cleaned. There remains crumbs and a sticky residue on the tables more times than not, meaning I have to clean them myself. These moments make me second guess whether I should tip, because I’m in a way doing someone else’s job.

It can also get incredibly loud in here, which I understand is normal for a public cafe. There seems to not be any form of noise dampening, and this is only emphasized by the high ceilings. I can get by with noise canceling headphones, but even then, it sometimes doesn’t suffice.

This establishment seems to be doing incredibly well, given that there is sometimes nowhere to sit. There is only so much that can be done in this regard. They have a variety of seating areas including high stools, couches, booths and regular tables and chairs, as well as an outdoor area. They have utilized all the space possible.

In conclusion, I think this is a good addition to have in our town. It can be a nice place to spend time with friends and the baristas are kind and accommodating. The management of how it is maintained throughout the day as well as the comfortability could be improved.

Stonetower is always a 5/5 for me! After having their original location in Buckhannon for years, I had to stop in at the Morgantown location while I was up from Savannah, Georgia visiting friends and family. The service and atmosphere is always top notch, and their coffee is always extremely tasty! My girlfriend and I enjoyed their customizable egg bowls and various of their fall themed iced lattes while we were in town! If you’re looking for a cool, local, and trendy place to grab great food and great coffee in Morgantown this is the spot!

We enjoyed having brunch here and sat outside on the sidewalk. Everything was good-- delicious coffee drinks. The food would have been little better with a little more communication at the counter to ensure that we were getting what was expected. Example: English muffins as part of a breakfast sandwich are served cold unless otherwise stated, which was a surprise. Overall, would recommend.

I really wanted to like this place since it was so highly recommended but they were out of over half of the coffee flavors, and the food took 30 minutes and was not good :( the fried eggs on the sandwich were so overcooked and under seasoned they were inedible. The second order we got was the breakfast bowl and it was made wrong and unseasoned also. The bacon on it was great though! And the iced coffee was pretty good, just slim picking with flavors.

This is a great place to meet friends, stop for a quick lunch or work on your laptop! It has easy parking and is a large space with lots of seating. They have AMAZING flavored lattes (Nutty Irishman is my favorite)! I also love that they have gluten free bread for the sandwiches. The breakfast sandwich is really good and filling!

I usually love Stone Tower but haven’t been in a while so was excited to get some chicken tacos and was disappointed. I ordered chips and queso with them and all of it was smushed into too small of a box and it all got soggy too quick. Also, while eating my tacos, I pulled multiple pieces of bone out of my mouth. Probably won’t be going there as often going forward.

Met a friend for coffee and enjoy a great cold brew, atmosphere, and customer service. I don't come to Morgantown often but I'm certainly going to recommend Stone Tower Brews for anyone looking for some solid coffee. I'd like to visit again and see their beer selection and food! Highly recommended 👌
