It doesn’t matter how good the food is if it’s in star city wv, they are broke. They are trying to fill quotas and impose max fines no matter what. The people you have to deal with if you get any tickets there are absolute bullies, avoid star city at all costs. Literally Morgantown, west over, Granville, and cheat lake are all better places to be anyway.

Stopped by this place while road tripping and we loved the uniqueness, the super friendly service and recommendations, and the outside seating. The chimichanga was delicious and I wish we lived closer so we could try more of them!

We stopped by Stray Cat Chimmi Shack for the first time today, and it was such a great experience. A cozy little spot with a laid-back vibe. Owner seemed incredibly friendly and welcoming as he walked us through the menu. The food did not disappoint. The chimichangas and fresh hand-cut fries were fantastic: perfectly crispy and delicious. House-made ranch and salsa were both great, as well. We absolutely loved the food. Can’t wait to come back and try more off the menu. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a local spot with character, great food, and a super chill atmosphere!

Delicious. Just like the old Stray Cat. Comfort and nostalgia. Not like any chimi you've probably ever had or will ever have again. This is one you'll remember and one worth writing home about. Don't skip the fries. There's nothing in the world like handcut fries.

Very delicious food and fries. Even though one man was running it, it was relatively fast, and he was very pleasant. The food is very reminiscent of the old Stray Cat restaurants. We've already encouraged our friends and coworkers to check it out.
