“Even though I live in Point Marion and there's literally a Subway 2 streets up, This is my go to because it's always clean, friendly service, and most important, FRESH BREAD & VEGGIES EVERYTIME!

Vegetarian options: Excellent vegetarian options. Super fresh too!

“Today there was a new guy making sandwiches…and our sandwiches were messed up…We work at Burger King so we do mobile orders from there a lot! The girl I spoke to was SUPER sweet and was able to fix them right away🥰 I didn’t get a name but if you are there today 3/6/2025 thank you very much! Me and My husband appreciate it!“

But… this location has incredible staff who take cleanliness, detail, and customer service seriously. Management excels at providing a good experience with their employees. “ONLY Subway I'll go to! I've never seen a Subway employee wash their hands before putting on new/clean gloves to prepare food until THIS Subway. “Wonderfully helpful staff, thoughtful and generous. Very thorough sandwiches and they don't skimp on ingredients here. Bread was served hot and fresh. Best counter-side manner. I asked for basil, and got oregano but that was an improvement on my sandwich design for future trips. Turkey wrap! spinach bun! green peppers, hold the bananas, hold the lettuce, hold the bacon, extra spinach, sprinkle those tomatos please, hold the onions, hold the cheddar, hold the cucumber, hold the olives, gimme some of that pepper jack, hold the Mayo, hold the sweet onion, hold the mustard, hold the vinegar, I need olive oil, and pile that basil up, but if it's oregano that's fine, I don't know the difference. Where's the guac? I need some guac, yeah that guac is good, no I don't need new guac please for me thank you. Finish that order with these salty lays potato crisps please. Very affordable, all for under 9 but served over the counter with class. That's the way subs are subbed at Subwayâ„¢ .“

“We stopped at subway on 7/2/24 after a quick Walmart trip. We were waited on by a very kind patient and considerate young man named Reggie I believe. My son is special needs and takes some time to order - Reggie was patient informed us of any additional charges and went above and beyond to be of assistance. Please subway keep this young man :) he’s definitely an asset to your company“

“Tonight I got a BLT with avocado, and a Philly. There was an older gentlemen and a younger guy working. They were both so kind (even to the lady ahead of me who was being kind of a Karen). They asked about every detail for both sandwiches to make sure they got it right. These were the best subway subs I’ve ever had. Not only were these two incredibly kind, detailed and great at customer service in general, their store was incredibly clean. They wore gloves and hats, the counters/tables were clean, the food was dated, and the convenience was fully stocked. There was also great parking, it was also free! It got very busy while I was in there but with only two workers service was moving quickly, their time management is impeccable. If you want subway in Morgantown, this is the place to go to.

Parking: Great parking, it’s free and plenty of spaces, especially for a small location like this one.“
