I am so done with this Subway on Don Knotts. I stopped last week and got a 6-in BLT. Didn't realize until I got home that they charged me for a footlong. Today. I stopped to get a BLT, started eating it when I got home and there was no bacon on it. Done.

I GOT E.COLI WHICH, IN TURN, CAUSED COLITIS & ALSO CAMPYLOBACTER FROM THIS SUBWAY!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!! I'VE BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL FOR A WEEK NOW! DO NOTTTTTT EAT HERE & PLEASE BE PICKY OF WHO YOU ALLOW TO MAKE YOUR FOOD! I HAD THE ALL AMERICAN TOASTED WITH CUCUMBERS, TOMATOES & SPINACH! I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN SOMETHING WAS WRONG WHEN I SAW THE CUCUMBERS WERE SLIGHTLY YELLOW BUT I HAD NOT GOTTEN SICK FROM HERE BEFORE.. HOWEVER, WE DO NOT EAT OUT BUT MAYBE 4 TIMES A YEAR!

I was there last night and the guy making the sandwiches was extremely rude and unhygienic. He didn’t have a hairnet on and he kept rubbing his face while making the sandwiches. I knew the lady infront of me and we talked while he was making her sandwiches while complaining about making them the whole time. Then when it was my turn he told me he would assist the person after me first because he had been waiting even though I had been inside for about 10 minutes waiting before he even came in. And then after he took that guy and did his order and then was completely rude to me the entire time he was taking my order and complaining about more people coming in openly. And when I had checked out he looked at the family that came in and loudly announced that he didn’t want them there. I will no longer be going to this subway and no longer be telling people to go to this subway.

Ordered food on the app food wasn’t even started and employee wasn’t around until i came ordered 2 subs neither were not made correctly. One sub was supposed to be a boss add onion and we received a sub only onion and brea. The other was a bmt which the worker didn’t even know how to make and didn’t put cheese on either.

ONLY Subway I'll go to! I've never seen a Subway employee wash their hands before putting on new/clean gloves to prepare food until THIS Subway. Their food is ALWAYS fresh & SOOOOOO good & they stay stocked up on what they have! They're constantly busy when we go & they ALWAYS go ABOVE & beyond for their customers. The man who is always working there is the KINDEST SOUL! Won't go ANYWHERE else for a sub!

Was just called a “f*ggot” as I was leaving the store by the employees/managers. Not really conducive for a welcoming environment. Wonder what corporate will think of their employees calling their customers derogatory slurs.
Staff did a great job handling the rush even with a brand new employee working.

Subway adjoining a gas station. Dining room was clean-ish but the sandwich artist on duty took her sweet time making sandwiches. Otherwise your typical Subway. There was no unsweetened tea, that was a bit disappointing.
