I'm only giving 1 star so I can post a review. I placed an online order today and my app defaulted my location to a different state, but I didn't realize until I went to my location to pick up my food. I called the location that the order was accidentally placed at and I was told they were unable to give me a refund to my card, only cash if I came in in person. I live over 2 hours away. I was told to call corporate or dispute it with my bank. Corporate doesn't allow you to actually speak with a human to initiate a refund. Very bad customer service.

Regular over there, asked for two footlong pepperoni and cheese dippers (cheaper option compared to usual whole sandwich, two of them with sauce are fulfilling for most times) yet today went over there, got regular two and got a finger of pepperoni with 95% flatbread and no cheese.

Stopped in for lunch, ordered two subs. Took a couple minutes for us to even be attended to despite ringing the bell at the counter twice. Employee was crying and constantly had to wipe her nose while making our sandwiches.

My sub wasn't even on the right bread. My girlfriend's sandwich had raw, uncooked bacon on it and the cheese was completely skipped over. We paid before she was finished with her order because the guy at the register seemed like he just didn't want to be there. Subs were both very poorly wrapped and everything was just thrown onto the bread.

Atmosphere was just super awkward in general. Didn't appreciate that I had to worry about snot getting onto our sandwiches the whole time we were ordering. Also the uncooked bacon portion was extremely dangerous and my girlfriend was lucky she caught it before she started eating.

Regardless of whatever might've been happening before we stopped in, the guy should have stepped in to help instead of completely disappearing as soon as we finished paying. Service was extremely slow for two untoasted subs. Took nearly 20 minutes when it really should've only taken a quarter of that time.

I waited for 5 minutes to be attended and even went to ask the cashier at the gas station and they told me that sometimes that happens and that the people there just disappear. Do not recommend at all

Messed up another order. How you just can't take the order and follow what is in writing. Ordered a footlong chicken breast and a 6 inch steak and cheese. Got a 6 inch chicken and a footlong steak and cheese. Chicken was supposed to be toasted NOT ice cold. Paid for smashed guacamole didn't receive that on the Turkey and Ham. I think it's time for new management.
