My sub was fine, but the owner sucks for not letting employees take coupons and lying saying no subways take coupons. I always pay the difference in tip when using a coupon so he lost his employee a nice tip. I know every subways in the area takes the coupons so it’s idiotic lying to people.

I knew better. I got a buffalo chicken footlong from the Subway right down the road the other day and it was poetry. So I thought I'd make the quicker drive and get another buffalo chicken footlong from the mall. Yes, even though I know their poor history of bad service and that they have the worst food the food court offers.But I did it.The lettuce was browning. I almost went with the spinach and did not. Everything went smoothly until the sandwich artist tried to close my sandwich (lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper, banana pepper). He got in closed but lost one of my six pieces of onion and a banana pepper.I sat down to eat and the Italian bread was chewy? As in difficult to bite through. And the tomatoes were tough. Out of season yes, but these were hard.I immediately remembered why I normally didn't eat Subway more than twice a year normally.The oatmeal raisin cookies were great though.Do yourself a favor and go to the one slightly up from McDonald's in Westover. You'll have a much better experience. And they accept the coupons; the mall Subway does not.

Hi there, this is not a regular review, but just a little inquiry about something that concerned me on July 21, 2023. I was passing by the shop and saw a very little girl (10-12 years old) behind the counter. I may be entirely wrong and sincerely do apologize for being cynical, but can anyone please confirm whether this is normal or not?Thanks and sorry for using this platform as a medium for inquiry...
Got here as soon as they opened. The guy was running a but behind, but apologized up and down for it. Still gave fast, friendly service!

Love Subway
Employee had brown lettuce in the case. When I asked if he had fresh lettuce, he said yes, but did not offer to get it. He slammed the bowl down and said, "Do you want a salad or not?" I said, "Yes, I wanted a salad, but not with brown lettuce." I walked away. Smh!

We stopped in here the other day for lunch. Typical Subway goodies. Service was good and they were friendly. Very tasty food for sure. Didnt take us long to get our order and eat. Will return the next time we are in the area.

I just had one of the most disappointing Subway visits ever at the Morgantown Mall location. The worker somehow erased my rewards card and couldn't get the transaction to go through on my bank card. It culminated in the manager accusing me of trying to scam free food. I put money on the counter and left. Subway has good food, I just wish there was a better culture of service there.
Just your everyday subway
Not a bad subway, they don't offer the $5 foot longs and generally don't offer discounts for bundle meals like other Subway franchises. Expect to spend at least $10 per person here. The lady that owns this franchise owns most of the food court restaurants and overcharges.
