What is going on with this place lately have tried for two days in a row, nobody's in there. They never answer the phone. It says they're open, but the lights are off. Nobody came to work. I don't understand..

Love sweet frog, but why are two teenagers running the front with no change in the drawers. Card isn’t working and they have no ones left. There is no manager or supervisor here to help them. Texting them to go to the vape shop and get change. Is ridiculous that they have to stand there all embarrassed and not knowing what to do

Went in for a cup of yogurt with my boyfriend, and realized there was a long, blonde hair in my yogurt. I think it was from the cheesecake bites, because it was under my caramel, not in it. I told the woman working the counter, and she asked if I was "just telling her, or I wanted a new one.."
Obviously as a black haired individual, I wanted a new one. I didnt know, but she was talking about the CHEESECAKE BITES.. not my yogurt :(
I tried getting over it, and stood there as she watched me scraping all my toppings off, but i literally have never felt so degraded in public.i just threw away my yogurt and left. I just can't bring myself to eat something after pulling the longest hair I've ever seen out of it because it's honestly nasty.

We visited yesterday and I was shocked by how dirty this establishment was! The floors were absolutely filthy— spilled frozen yogurt, toppings, dirt, etc. The tables were all sticky and dirty as well. The frozen yogurt seemed a little “soupy” but my kids did not mind. The toppings were pretty well-kept and not a mess, but overall the place was off-putting due to the lack of cleanliness.
