My friends and I were in Morgantown for a wedding this past weekend. We made brunch reservations for our large party and they were able to accommodate us. The food was great, prices were very reasonable, and our server, Gal— was amazing! She seriously made the whole experience, she was so kind and sweet. We will absolutely come back if we ever find ourselves in Morgantown again!
Delicious meal, good service, great spot on the water. The pickles were interesting, good but different almost beer batter coating. Brussel sprouts were quite good. The pork chop was dynamite, delicious sauce.
Everything was tasty, but I wasn’t wowed. We ordered the devils on horseback ( bacon wrapped dates) and they were delicious. We both ordered the steak & frites. For me the fries were kind of dry. The steak and broccolini were cooked great but just seasoned with pepper and salt. Maybe it’s my fault for ordering something basic, but I like to go out and eat and not feel like I can make that myself at home, especially if I’m paying $44 for the entree.
