While passing through Morgantown, we stumbled upon Taters, and as potato lovers we had to stop! The food was nothing short of spectacular! We tried the Buffalo Chicken and the Couch Burner potato, and both dishes were an absolute delight. The Buffalo Chicken was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spice, while the Couch Burner was a flavor explosion that left me craving more.
What truly sets Taters apart, though, is the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the owner. Their kindness and genuine passion for what they do made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find a place where the food is outstanding, and the service feels like a visit with friends. If you’re anywhere near Morgantown, do yourself a favor and stop by Taters—you won’t be disappointed!

I had the ham and cheese potato and it was awesome. The potato was so soft and fresh I should’ve got two lol. And you can never go wrong with ham and cheddar on a baked potato. I can’t wait to try their store front on University Ave at The State Apartments.

It was alright. Got 2 BBQ potatoes, neither came with green onions and the one that was requested to have bacon, didn’t have it (was $1.50 to add). Paid $18, it was kinda worth it, but it wasn’t be filling enough to be a meal. Cheese also was not melted. It wasn’t busy so I don’t know what went wrong.Edit: Also it was a Toast order, not DoorDash. Ordering in the store isn’t really convenient for takeout.

I've been to Taters about 5 times now and each time has been fantastic. This place specializes in its namesake: potatoes. They will do up a big baked potato any way you want it with plenty of meat, sour cream and cheese. Taters also has some of the best potato soup in all of morgantown. Made fresh this soup comes out steaming hot and is delicious. As a fairly new establishment I can't wait to see how this place grows overtime.

Food is okay. I order BBQ chicken and another full potatoe with stuff on it. I also ordered a dr pepper and didn't receive it lol ? silly people get side tracked.
My sister and I went in for lunch. It was our first time trying it and I got the Ham N Cheese and she got the Heavy Duty, then we split them. They were both absolutely delicious! The only problem we had was that it was small and crowded inside the restaurant itself. The employee was very kind and polite.
