Exactly what downtown needs, locally owned and operated small business. Breakfast all day is amazing and better than any chain restaurant in the area. Friendly and kind staff, very accommodating and great drink menu.
Kid-friendliness: The community night on Wednesday is so fun for all the family! Guided paint and live local acoustic music
Wheelchair accessibility: Big doors, nice bathrooms, very accessible for customers, and an extremely friendly and accommodating staff

This was by far the worst service on high street. We walked in at 10, didn’t get drinks till 10:30. I have no idea if the food is good because we waited over an hour and only two people in the whole place got food. The male waiter was extremely rude as well. It got so bad we had to walk out. An hour of our time has been wasted due to the lack of organization in this establishment.

Best breakfast ever. Stephen took care of our every request, & we ordered just about everything on the menu! BEST FLUFFIEST pancakes, delicious grits, French toast was on point, and omelets with the most delicious fresh veggies cooked to perfection. I am a picky eater, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED EVERYTHING! I searched through a bunch of places and came across the Art Bar. This restaurant did not disappoint! FANTASTIC PRICES & VALUE for high quality ingredients and dishes.

This is by far the best restaurant in Morgantown, maybe in all of West Virginia! I would recommend any of the burgers, have never had one I didn’t like! Definitely recommend this place (Clay was my server and he is great! Amazing service and amazing cook)!!!
