I love this restoration. The outdoor patio is wonderful, the food is very good and our server was wonderful. I'll definitely come back Abu.

Just tried to eat here, but couldn't even get seated because all the women were too busy talking and playing with their phones at the bar. So unprofessional.

Had a very large party and called ahead of time to minimize seating issues. Restaurant said there shouldn’t be any issues. There was nothing but issues. The pitcher cocktails were extremely watered down and had zero notes of alcohol. NOT AT ALL WORTH $15. All the appetizers we ordered were disgusting! The ultimate nachos were beyond dry. Our party ordered two orders of crab dip, both terrible! There was barely any crab dip, the cheese did not have a pull but instead was dry and clumpy. Our food took over an hour to cook without any explanation. The restaurant was in no means busy! We didn't get our food and left VERY disappointed and HUNGRY! Nothing was done by staff to make us want to come back. They did not take any non alcoholic drinks off the bill or give us some sort of compensation for our wasted time. We love Greene Turtle but we will NEVER visit this location again. Better off going to Longhorn or Chilis across the street.

20241013 Only eaten at a Green Turtle once many years ago in DC. This one has a dogfriendly patio, that's why I had lunch here since I'm traveling with my pups. The young waitress was great. She was very nice and attentive. The fish and chips were amazing! Lightly battered and very flakey fish, which is what I love. I will definitely eat here again the next time I'm in town.

The staff was willing to take on an Entire softball team even though they were already understaffed-
Thank you So Much Ashlynn & her team ( she was organized, courteous & on point the entire time )

Thanks for accommodating our very large group of hungry softball players & they’re families! Ashlynn did an amazing job keeping us and the entire restaurant organized, well fed and happy. Props to the kitchen - our food came out fast and tasty!

We decided to give this place another try. And we were reminded how slow everyone is. 10 minutes to place the drink order and another 15 to receive a beer and iced tea. Another 20 for our order of cheeseburger and fries to appear. It was a light lunch crowd on a rainy Friday. I guess if you have a ton of time and patience, this is the place for you.

We had a party of 11 for lunch. Sahara seated us quickly and was also our server. She was excellent, making sure that our drinks were refilled, and our meals were all correct. She was able to give great advice on a couple dishes that we had questions about. Food was brought to the table quickly, and without mistake. Sahara was kind and cheerful throughout our meal. She made sure we had a great experience! Highly recommend the green turtle. You will enjoy the food and the service!

Poor customer service. Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience last Sunday night. We waited over an hour for our food, the waitress didn't ask us if we needed any refills or informed us of what was going on with the delay of the food and she was quite rude despite waiting for a LONG time!! (About 80 mins approx) (I also understand we all have bad days, but still...) we paid almost 80 dollars for our dinner (my shrimp tacos were yummy but they were cold!!)and despite having my meal cold what upset me the most was her attitude. We live here in Morgantown and I don't think we will be back in a looooong time :(
