Great experience! We reserved a room, which was private for our party to enjoy. We had an amazing server, Makayla. She was attentive, pleasant, and accommodating. Thank you Makayla, for such great service!

i have no idea whats changed here since last year or even two years ago!! food used to be absolutely delicious! all the upcharges remain. pretty sneaky to charge $1 for cornbread that’s just a small muffin. i ordered a ceasar salad and it came with olive garden dressing. quite literally italian dressing for a CEASAR SALAD was probably the weirdest thing ive ever seen & tasted. also how is plain steamed broccoli considered a “premium” side? my husband and i have been here many, many times, and unfortunately this time just fell short. we waited 15 minutes for a server to come and even take our drink orders. the waitress with the braids decided to look at us multiple times and walk right past us to the bar where she decided that gossiping with her friends working the bar was more important than waiting tables which is her job. not sure what’s happened here but we will never return as all the upcharges are just too much to justify eating here. and my husbands fries did not come with his food but came out 5 minutes later. the food was also freezing cold but his fries were piping hot. he ordered battered shrimp and chicken and the batter was soft and not crispy at all. soggy. tasted like they made it, refrigerated it and microwaved it before serving.
please don’t be rude to me if you’re going to answer my review. i held off on leaving one because you seem to be very dismissive of people’s experiences calling it “hate mail” when some of us are literally just telling the truth. if you can’t handle the truth grow thicker skin or stay off your reviews bc it doesn’t seem like you’ll improve anything. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Amazing food

When ever I have appointments at ruby or mon this is where I go to eat. Great place with amazing food and very friendly staff. They also have nice handicap parking and easy to open doors.

Went for a date night, when we walked in there was no host. Was not greeted, despite there being someone behind the bar. Stood waiting for nearly 5 mins before our server coming out of the kitchen when someone else came in after us. The server was swamped with doing more than just her job that night making her forgetful. Which is out of her control. We ordered loaded pub chips but the chips weren’t completely chips. Some of the potatoes were soft cooked unevenly. Ordered a medium well burger which was advertised to have hot pepper cheese. Did not have cheese when brought out and the server was looking to upsell adding cheese which is why there was no cheese. The burger was medium rare, and the fried jalapeños included a huge stem. And the fries had some strange hair like things on them from a fry basket that likely hasn’t been cleaned since opening. My husband’s Mac and cheese was so dry that he didn’t even eat it and said his toast tasted terribly. I will not be returning to this establishment and cannot in good conscience recommend this place to any one.

52.00 dollars for a breakfast meal, and a breakfast sandwich aand 2 coffees . WATCH UPCHARGES. 2$ more for alternative roll amd cheese. 2$ more od you change egg cook style. We were very disappointed and will never return. This is a restaurant taking advantage of hotel guests

Best 48 bucks pork ribs and brisket potatoes fries beans and coleslaw. Smokin’ J’s Feast. Everything was finger licking good and best service ever and best dessert. Morgantown West Virginia.
