This morning I had the worst cup of coffee from this location I’ve ever had. Tasted like water from my washing machine after a load of laundry.

Seriously who ever hired the red haired lady to work the registers should be canned. Is she on the same planet with the rest of us. When someone approaches your register you say hello instead of just staring. Then after paying again just staring. In the end, the lady from the drive-through had to save the day and make our order. Seriously where do you hire these people?
Update - Contacted Tim Hortons customer support who really tried to help but absolutely no contact from the manager at this facility. Avoid this joint!

Husband and i went inside to place our order and just got stared at by all of the employees, not even busy at all and 15 minutes went by and no one came to take our order, decided to go back to our car and place the order through the Tim Hortons app and pick it up through the drive thru, two cars were ahead of us, took another 20 minutes for them to even take the first cars order, had to go back inside and still waited another 10 minutes, customer service is a nightmare here. if i could give 0 stars I would

Coffee and food were delicious the coffee is delicious to die for and the bagels and donuts were delicious 🤤
Dietary restrictions: Yeah my dietary restrictions on a diabetic I'm also lactose intolerant they made sure that I got the right kind of stuff and also as allergic to mushrooms my breakfast they made sure that there was no mushrooms any sort of kind made anywhere near my food I got soy milk in my coffee and not anything that was too high in sugar it was ready for a diabetic to eat I appreciate it all
The lady at the counter could not put her phone down. Could not count to 6, and missed one coffee on my order. And then said that i didnt order one. If she would have put her phone down she might have been able to count to 6 and heared that i ordered 2 decaf instead of 1.
