THE MANAGER ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE THEY HAVE. THEY DON'T WANT TO HELP OR FIX A PROBLEMS THAT COMES UP. ASK FOR HELP BY ASK THE OWNER THEY DON'T WANT TO RESPOND ETHER. THAT NOT HOW I MANAGE THE BUSINESS I WAS IN OPPERATING. I GUSS THAT THE NEW WAY. SAD NICE ATMOSPHERE.

I've been to this restaurant twice now. Both times have not disappointed me.

This time, however, I went for Crab Night ... and I'm SO glad I remembered Wednesdays were, in fact, Crab Nights! It's absolutely worth what you pay. Delicious crab, delicious corn fritters, and a fantastic atmosphere!!

On top of that, our server, Juliana, was SUPER attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we wanted or needed. She was on point with absolutely EVERYTHING, and I want to give her a special shout out for making mine and my roommate's crab fest evening an absolute roaring success. On top of that, the kitchen staff was absolutely AMAZING; I have never seen such an efficient display of teamwork in a restaurant setting as I have tonight!

Bravo to you, Tropics!! I hope to be back again and enjoy another exquisite dining experience soon. 💕

Party atmosphere, it's fine, just not my preference. Food was good

We had a party of 11, they sat us at a round table and we had zero elbow room, just packed us in like sardines. It was way too hot in the restaurant, with minimal air flow. The party that sat beside us had a birthday party & everything on our table along with us ended up covered in glitter. Which, I'm sure was in our food as well. Waitress was attentive, food was sub-par at best and overpriced. The margarita was nothing but slushy ice. I expected more with all the positive reviews. It was my first time at this establishment, but I probably won't be back, honestly.

So nice love the ownership and how kind they. Everyone working here is super kind. Great selection of food and fun for everyone (they even have an awesome arcade and Casino I’ve never been in) live music on the weekends. One thing is I live out of town and the people are so personable and memorable - making it an always pleasant experience.

We ordered takeout online. The food was good, but didn't match the options we selected on their website. Even though it was early afternoon and there weren't many customers, service seemed slow and several employees walked past me before someone helped get my order. Overall it was fine, but not impressive.

Delicious short ribs. I enjoyed the large tv and look forward to eating outside once it warms up.

I recently dined at here and it was a disaster from start to finish. I ordered a dish that wasn’t priced on the menu—something they referred to as a “very normal steak.” When the bill arrived, I was stunned to find I’d been charged nearly $60 for a piece of meat that was barely cooked. It was raw, unseasoned, and tasted terrible. For that price, I would expect at least a decent meal, but this was completely inedible. The lack of transparency on the menu and the poor quality of food make me never want to return. I’d strongly advise others to steer clear!

Tropics is a Morgantown institution. I love the outdoor seating, the white tablecloths, the plastic Pepsi cups, the bar, the backroom with games, the collection of Hawaiian and American menu items, the overnight parking for safety. It's such a beautiful collection of items that come together to create a place that could only exist here, and I love it for that. I always love the ahi tuna here. Come and enjoy this incredible place, and savor the fact it exists.
