TLDR: excellent good. INCREDIBLY busy and EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA slow service!

Listen. I get it. They're in a very busy town and I was there on a Saturday and Sunday of game weekend. However, the slowness is unlike anything I've experienced in any other Tudors. One visit we ordered And got a table (surprisingly) and waited about 35 minutes before I asked about the food. I asked if we could get it to go because we had places to be. Still waited about 5 or 10 minutes after hearing ours was "next".
The next day my nephew went with a large order for my family. He waited nearly an hour...which was after the initial 30 he was first told. Should be mentioned that the drive thru moved the whole time in both situations. I have worked drive through. I understand the game. But something's gotta change.
Food was as delicious as ever, though.

Closes randomly for weekend. They must not like money. This is a business. Act like one. If customers have to play guess when their open when they are supposed to be, we just quit trying. Im done trying. Oshel Craigo wouldn’t be happy

Love tudors but could we please do something about the spoiled chocolate milk. It is sale by (before) this date. Not sale on this date. No exaggeration, the only time I didn’t get spoiled milk was when I specifically asked to have milk with a later date and not the day of

Driving around WV for work last week and kept seeing highway signs for Tudors Biscuit World. As a lover of carbs, especially breakfast and biscuits I had to try and visit. I saw a location and a shopping center during one stop but it looked to be dine in only. During one of my next stops I was questioned about the food I had tasted on the trip and told I must get a Huggy Bear from Tudor’s. I was also advised they had a drive thru so I knew I had to visit the next morning. I pulled up and didn’t know what to think. The exterior is weathered and so is the menu board. The employee that took my order very nice and I decided to go bacon biscuit and sausage biscuit vs the recommended biscuit since I was driving. As I pulled to the window I was able to see that the interior was far more inviting and wish I had time to sit down inside. The cashier at the window was very nice and they had a cool set of sunflowers nearby. To my dismay as I reached a red light on the road and opened both biscuits, the order was messed up as and I was given two bacon biscuits. I will say the biscuit was delicious and much larger than anticipated! Next chance I get I’m going to have a sit down meal at Tudor’s.
