Inside was clean even with lunch rush but so disappointed in frosty. Not portion correctly and syrup was all over the outter cup. I grabbed napkins so could grab the cup and older woman took negative tone when saying napkins are in the bag.

In drive thru, I ordered the new Wednesday meal. I asked for ketchup for my fries. Was given 2 ketchup and no special sauce for my nuggets. I specifically asked if my stuff was in the bag. I should have checked before driving off but trusted the girls at the window. I tried to call but of course no answer. Im going to eat my dry food now. 🙄😩

This is the worst Wendy's in the world. If the little old lady cashier isn't screaming at customers because she doesn't know how to run the register, they just refuse to wait on people inside the store. Will never be back to this location, might not give any of them a chance again

Brooklyn is the MVP! She is such an asset to this restaurant!!! From the day she started, she has been an absolute joy every time she has waited on us! Love this Wendy's, mostly because of her! Food is always fresh, tasty & you can't beat her too tier customer service!

Cold gross breakfast sandwich and cold gross breakfast potatoes, so much for guaranteed hot and crispy. No napkins and drink not full either. I ordered breakfast at 10 am. Not sure what’s so hard to grasp…stop serving cold gross food that you wouldn’t eat. Luckily I have dogs to feed this to so it won’t go in the trash like it would have.
