11.30.2025. They are out of baked potatoes and the new chicken tenders that they are advertising. The woman working couldn’t care less and was rude. I would work on customer service and having food available that you advertise.

Had to wait at least 10 min to place my order in the drive through when there was only two cars a head of us and they pulled away and we still waited a few more minutes and then we waited atleast another 10 minute to even receive our food. No lunch rush, barely any cars, and didn’t look like anyone was inside. Terrible service and terrible experience

Drive-thru specifically: awful. This isn't just once. I've given them several chances. They mess up the order. They leave out food. The last thing I want to do when I'm picking up a meal or snack is stay at the window, unpack everything, and check it just to make sure it's correct. -- Suggestion: have an adult check the orders going out and make sure everything is correct. It is such a hassle to get home with your meal, unpack everything for the family, and see that half of the food is missing or wrong.

Went through the drive thru the other day.. saw a very Long black or dark brown straight hair in my kids fry. Guy says oh sorry. No offer to get another.

Where to begin!!! We stood at the counter as the workers were talking and moving about the food service area. One person , who later turned out to be the manager looked at us twice and never said a word. One of the young male workers hustled off toward the back saying that he didn’t want to do the front because he was bad at it. He finally came from the back of the prep area and again stated that he didn’t want to do the front. My wife finally called out to see if any one was willing to take our order. The one woman looked at us funny like what do you want. At that point I asked to speak to the manager and she indicated that she was. It was obvious that the workers were more concerned about the drive through orders (maybe that was why one of the outer doors was locked). The manager than blatantly lied and said that someone would be with us shortly - never was said loud enough for anyone else to hear. Worse service we have ever experienced with a group of young entitled people who want to be paid for doing as little as possible. When I first saw the woman who turned out to be the manager she was slowly walking from the back of the prep area carrying a carton of what looked like a fruit juice as if it weighed a ton. Will never go to this Wendy’s again. We did go down to Wendy’s in Sabraton and were waited on immediately by very pleasant workers!!!
