Went through the drive thru. Was told to wait. Order 20 spicy nuggets and a spicy chicken sandwich. Food was stale, not crispy. Had to drive back and ask for my order remade fresh. To answer the drive thru saying how can I make your food fresh for you and then provide old food that sat under the heat lamp an hour is wild. Wendy should do better. I just started coming back to wendys. The nuggets were fresh my last 3 experiences in MD. These types of experiences are why I stop coming to wendys for years. They are lucky that scorching hot sauce is great and keeps me coming back for now.

I stopped with my students at this Wendy’s while on a field trip for lunch. They were incredibly accommodating to our needs and had our food ready very quickly, even allowing me to call and order ahead. I greatly appreciate their efforts and will be back for sure.

Only go here in a pinch. You’ll wait 20 minutes in the line just to get an order in. Then they’ll short you toppings on whatever you order. Idk who their owner is but they clearly don’t stay active in their business and how it’s being ran. This Wendy’s sucks.

Stopped at Wendy’s for chicken nuggets and fries, and wow — I must have ordered from the “day-old” menu without realizing it. Cold, stale, and about as fresh as a soggy cardboard box. The place wasn’t even busy, yet the staff still managed to act like reheating food for 30 seconds was too much to ask. Instead, they stood around like it was a break room and tossed whatever was lying around onto my tray. Guess “quality is our recipe” is just for the commercials.

This place was filthy and the food was bad.
Facilities: Floors were greasy, tables unwashed, food piling up between the seat cushions, and bathrooms that would make a forest service pit toilet blush. No changing tables in either men’s or women’s restroom so you’ll just need to change the kid on a table or bench in the dining area. Don’t worry, you can’t make it any dirtier.
Food: Chicken sandwich was overcooked and tough, fries were old (during the lunch rush no less), and the apple pecan salad was going bad. Workers were kind but that’s the most positive thing one can say about this place. Recommend avoiding.
Worker, Jelissa was extremely rude to me and my s/o. Once we walked in she greeted us with “what do you want”. While she was taking our order she kept rolling her eyes at the both of us. Ended up walking over to her other coworker whispering about us for no reason. She ended up charging me for something that was free, so I went back in and she gave me a nasty look and ended up greeting me with “What” once again..

I purchased an apple pecan chicken salad.. the apples were rotten, the salad was old, and it tasted foul. Couldn’t even down one bite. It tastes spoiled.
I attempted to contact the store right after this and no answer… it’s just a busy signal.. My daughter will be returning the salad back to the store
