I ordered $70 worth of food for delivery tonight and it took well over an hour and every single item was cold...not warm but cold cold and nobody ate it. Clearly the food was cooked immediately and then sat for over an hour. I'll never order expensive, cold food again from here again!

OMG!! Due to having a gift card with a large amount on it, hubby and I went here for the first time. He got a regular cheeseburger and I got the mushroom Swiss burger. My burger literally dropped the grease from it. We got 30 honey bbq wings to go. Driving home, we both complained of severe indigestion. We both agree that this will be the last time we order a burger. Fingers crossed the wings will be better

Horrible service for the second time there. Lesson learned. Table had multiple servers walk by with no acknowledgement, hostess made eye contact so I thought perhaps she was going to save the day, but no. Finally, the manager on duty walked our way and then turned and went over to a different table. We were there to celebrate my son passing his driving test and he picked the restaurant otherwise I would have left. It was 17 minutes before we were acknowledged. We placed our order and thought she'd recover, but the poor service continued with never coming to check on how our order came out until we were finished eating, empty drinks after we had food, charges for a drink we didn't order, and not bringing an updated bill after I asked the manager to take it off the bill. After 5 minutes more of waiting, I ended up just leaving cash on the table for what the total had been with the drink and we left. There are plenty of other options in the area. Keep driving, as we will in the future.

Cold beer & good atmosphere… but ordering wings to go they only put one sauce in the to go bag for 20 wings, my fault maybe for not checking…..

Great food, terrible service. Nobody seemed to care to acknowledge us when we walked until we addressed the workers sitting around talking. When we were seated we were made aware that they were out of fries, which is fine except they up-charge you for substituting your fries with a different side. They should not be up charging due to their lack of planning, especially if you just want to substitute tater tot's since it's the next cheapest option.
I went there to get 6 wings free for my birthday and was told I had to buy 6 to get the 6 for free . I had ordered 10 bogo's. If so it should say it on the page . Not a good experience tonight.

Have always had take out or door dash delivery. Food is always hot & prepared how it is ordered. Nice friendly associates when picking up order as well.

Usually a good place but has been slipping. The order was not correct and took forever to get what I ordered. Wait staff is not good. Messed up my receipt and didn't fix it right away. Stood to pay for a long time. Went to the counter and was told she couldn't help me because she is take out orders. Customer service needs fixed.
