we just left the burger king in Moundsville and had the worst experience! we ordered our food and waited 30 mins, watched other customers get their food I finally asked where our food was, the lady said its coming up. Then she asked what we ordered 5 mins after that!! I asked for our money back and we left.

Every time I go to burger King in moundsville wv I have to pull around to the front of the building from the drive thru. Food is never ready when I order. Today I was told they are making fresh chicken. Get my order only to find the chicken is cold and taste like it has laid for hours. Won't be going back.
