Ordered the double ranch cheeseburger yesterday, Sunday around 4pm and it was hard and dried up. Was not going to drive 7 miles back to get it replaced but it was bad.

Ordered 2 medium pumpkin pie blizzards and was not happy with either one. No pie chips in either blizzard not enough pumpkin mix. Mostly vanilla ice cream. And did not flip either blizzard when served

I just wanted to thank the DQ group for making the perfect birthday cake. I’m sorry I can’t remember the managers name right now, but she noticed on my birthday cake form that I put my 4 year old was allergic to eggs and nuts and made sure to double check everything for me. She had also noticed that I put it was a ninja turtle themed cake and went above and beyond to make this cake special. Thank you guys for caring about your customers!!

Food and treats are on par with what the brand hopes to serve. Service is usually quick and reasonable but can occasionally get backed up during busy evenings. The freezers were well stocked. Kids have lots of options. Cleanliness isn’t always 100% but it’s mostly clean. Even the bathrooms were well tended.
Our family orders a variety of things from floats, shakes, blizzards, and cones and occasionally food.

I think this is the only fast food places in moundsvill that doesn't have stale/ overcooked food. It's the only place I can get fast food literally every time I go to either Wendy's burger king or McDonald's there is either something wrong with my food or my order or both. Can't even get tea at any of these places because they do not clean the tea containers right and they get bacteria and mold I know what that takes like. And I know that they changed at all fast food restaurants that the tea dispensers take bags now clean bags so that the tea isn't touching the metal inside and have time to sit and grow bacteria when it's empty they pull the bag out put a new one in and make the new batch of tea.... Well at least that's how it's supposed to be done. Not how it is done.

Sometimes service is good but im usually pulled forward to wait for a chicken strip basket mostly, I always ask for fries and gravy and always corrected that's what comes with sir n everytime they swap it for ranch like it's on purpose at this point. Lesson learned do not leave that window until you check everything

Pink haired girl in the drive through extremely unprofessional making voices through the speaker and giggling over us while taking the order. Probably not coming back.

The employee that took our order was rude and would not listen to her she cut us off and didn't care what we had to say. On the receipt it says her name is Leigha N. I would recommend that she gets better training. Training on how to deal with public people. Thank you!
