I absolutely love going here when I know I have a busy day ahead of me. There is always a new collection of flavors for the seasonal holidays, a local event or fundraiser on top of the base shakes, teas, and refreshers menu!The owner and her staff are amazing and offer support for any concern or question you might have. Not to mention the programs, fitness challenges, drumming classes, and participation in city walks/runs, this is definitely a place I would recommend to make a lifestyle change for a more healthy future.

Kid-friendliness: The owner has a Lego/mega blocks table set up for any little to play with and occupy their time while mommy or daddy gets their health on!

Today was my first time visiting. I wasn't sure what to get but knew I needed low carb. I decided on the Mint Chocolate Chip coffee. it was 8 carbs for the Xtreme size and definitely was amazing. I will be back! The owner was so helpful and very personable! Thank you so much!

The protein shakes are pretty good and you can choose from a wide variety of flavors. The only downside would be the use of Herbalife in all of the products, which is 100% sketchy when you look into the "nutrition" company that it claims to be.
