If I could give negative stars I would for starters no one knows how to wrap or if they do they are completely careless the food is always cold when I get home which I live 4 minutes away from this location so it should still be warm the fries taste like bland soggy whatever you want to call them not even salt can save that no matter what I order there it's not made with the care or the quality it used to be and if you come in with the proof of a screw up they did they want to fight and backup their workers instead of solving the problem and just fix the order problem solved (shhhh don't tell them that they might actually learn something)

Rude staff. Missing food. Ordered 6 mcdoubles they gave 5 and 3 of the 5 were wrapped inside out none of them were labeled. When they were told they pulled the liberal verbal assault card when i told them what they did and asked if it could be remedied. This place is trash.The people who work here are clueless but blameless apparently. With all the bad reviews this place gets. The amount of times they verbally threaten and assault their customers then switch it around... this place needs to be shut down and never reopened again. Aint this the same location that the worker screamed at that customer for entering when the sign outside had the wrong date on it? and that guy claimed to be the owner and clearly wasnt? was pretty wild seeing that all over facebook.

This is the worst McDonalds in the whole valley. The staff is very unprofessional. I went there today and went through the drive through there was a line but when it got to my turn they let 3 cars in the other line go before me. Every time I go to this McDonalds they mess something up or forget something. They need to be more strict on who they hire not ones that can’t even walk in a straight line. The majority of the staff they have now are ruining the look of the business.

I ordered through the mobile app today and selected drive-thru pickup. I ordered only one item: a sugar-free vanilla latte. After leaving, I took a sip and realized I was given a regular sugar-free coffee instead.
I called the store and spoke with Bryan, who told me to come back and that they would remake my drink. While this was inconvenient due to their mistake, I returned to the drive-thru, handed the incorrect coffee to the employee, and explained the situation. She instructed me to pull to the side and wait.
After waiting, the tall female employee handed me the replacement drink and walked away without saying anything—no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake.
The lack of customer service and basic courtesy was disappointing.

The employees in the morning needs to be trained right i sat in line for 20 mins bc the girl wanted to talk infront of me at the pay window then I got half a biscuit in by food ima stop going there if that shit keeps up

I drive trucks so I went in and ordered it to go.I waited 20 minutes for my food.I ordered a number one large with coke. When I got back to the room, the big Mac was ice cold. I also ordered a double quarter pounder. But no pickle, when I got back to the room. There was only one hamburger Patty on that and nothing else.
I should have looked at my food before. Every time I.
Order from there.It's always wrong.I will never order from this McDonald's again.I think it's one of the worst mcdonald's I ever been at. I.
Don't know what's wrong with these restaurants.They just don't train their employees or just aren't happy to be there.They're just there for a paycheck.Shame on them

If your going to chat about your social lives and play on your phones, refusing to take care of customers standing at the counter, even after numerous employees have made eye contact with the ones standing at the counter,the registers should be removed. This is the only fast food restaurant in Moundsville that you can go to and stand at the counter for 10 minutes while no one does a darn thing.

Not to mention having to wait just as long to get a refill because you can no longer get them from the drink station.
That being said, now that they have to pass peoples cups back and fourth across the counter, they have just increased the chances of passing germs around…. So when one of the local- walkers- hands their cup across the counter , the crew catches the sickness and becomes zombies…
Cough cough pass the cup.
