The employees in the morning needs to be trained right i sat in line for 20 mins bc the girl wanted to talk infront of me at the pay window then I got half a biscuit in by food ima stop going there if that shit keeps up

I drive trucks so I went in and ordered it to go.I waited 20 minutes for my food.I ordered a number one large with coke. When I got back to the room, the big Mac was ice cold. I also ordered a double quarter pounder. But no pickle, when I got back to the room. There was only one hamburger Patty on that and nothing else. I should have looked at my food before. Every time I. Order from there.It's always wrong.I will never order from this McDonald's again.I think it's one of the worst mcdonald's I ever been at. I. Don't know what's wrong with these restaurants.They just don't train their employees or just aren't happy to be there.They're just there for a paycheck.Shame on them

If your going to chat about your social lives and play on your phones, refusing to take care of customers standing at the counter, even after numerous employees have made eye contact with the ones standing at the counter,the registers should be removed. This is the only fast food restaurant in Moundsville that you can go to and stand at the counter for 10 minutes while no one does a darn thing.
Not to mention having to wait just as long to get a refill because you can no longer get them from the drink station. That being said, now that they have to pass peoples cups back and fourth across the counter, they have just increased the chances of passing germs around…. So when one of the local- walkers- hands their cup across the counter , the crew catches the sickness and becomes zombies… Cough cough pass the cup.

I arrived at the drive-through at 9:50 on a Saturday. There were about 6-7 cars in the line at the time. It took OVER 20 minutes to get our food. When I pulled up to the order box, I waited for about a minute. They asked what I wanted. I told them I wanted a sausage egg and cheese BISCUIT and a burrito combo. The person taking the order said sausage egg and cheese MCmuffin. I tried to correct them but was cut off by please pull around. The order screen still had someone else order on it. I pulled around, and the cashier asked if I was the one who had the MCMUFFIN. I told her it was supposed to be a BISCUIT. When I went to the pickup window, they asked if I had the two mcmuffins. I told them it had the biscuit and the burritos. This was ignored. I opened the bag and there was a mcmuffin and not a biscuit. The wait and the accuracy of my order is why I gave them a low score. The food was great, nice, hot, and fresh. The fact that two people could not clarify my order is unacceptable. I should have gone to Wendy's a few hundred feet away. They had no line.

I HATE these kiosks. I couldn't use my card, so I had to go and wait five minutes at the counter (because walk in customer are a pain, apparently). All of my local restaurants have this same attitude.
