Despite being VERY busy, Tiffany, Martha, and Dave were absolutely amazing! Fast and efficient while maintaining the integrity of a sandwich! I know it sounds silly, but a beautiful sandwich ALWAYS tastes better. Thank you guys for your hard work and hospitality ❤️

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed my order on the subway app and paid for it. when I go to the restaurant they told me that the order had not come thru the system. I showed the manager where I had placed it and that it was paid in full. She refused to make my order or issue me a refund for it. She said I needed to call Subway and them refused to give me a phone number to call or tell me who the franchise owner was.
Moundsville location needs to hire friendly employees. I have never had a good experience here. Looking at the ratings and reviews, looks like I'm not alone.

Whole place is awful. Manager doesn't hesitate to yell at employees in front of customers, doesn't hesitate to yell at customers or cuss in front of them, and is rude to everyone who gets on her bad side apparently. Starts fights and yells. Terrible service, employees were rude. Had what seemed to be a new person on counter by herself and I felt bad she didn't know what she was doing and no one was helping her. Food is decent but looks like it's going bad in the cooler, lettuce and cucumbers were turning brown. Overall, do not go here unless you want to wait on your mediocre food and to get yelled at

Waiting for a Very long time for food. Getting in and out of parking lot is a hassle.
Im annoyed to say the least! i started calling when i was clear in warwood ( around 8:15 ) and they never picked up. when i got there it was before 9 and they said they had already closed. they do not close until 9. i expected better and the person i spoke to gave me attitude when all i asked was what time they had closed. very disappointed.
