It was fresh and fast and their food is amazing their drinks are cold . They are very friendly good hospitality and I recommend people to come to ginos spaghetti and pizza place in mount hope or where ever your located they serve subs and salads sandwiches and pizzas and calzones, many more items.

I just stopped by this Ginos and popped into the bathroom before ordering food. There was feces all over the toilet and wall, like a whole lot, thick and dried like it had been there some time. It was so bad, I did not order food. There's absolutely no way any customer or employee is going to be able to wash their hands and exit that bathroom without spreading feces germs all over the place, and potentially the food. I left. I'm pretty sure leaving a public bathroom in a restaurant in this condition is a crime, and if it's not - it should be.

Took Scouts here for some pizza after a long week. Staff was friendly and food was good (keep in my we were hungry and fed a bunch of boys for a decent price).

Customer service is terrible. They blame the customer for their lack. The manager does not care and is very rude. After working all day and cleaning my whole house afterwards I sent a family member to pick up my food as I was exhausted. It was cold and inaccurate. It definitely wasn't fresh and I requested a refund to my card. I was denied because I refused to drive down there as tired as I was also, my baby was asleep. The whole point of having someone else pick it up was so that I didnt have to go back out. The manager blamed my family member for the food being cold when he was already on his way to get it when I was placing the order..... she then asked me to bring the food tomorrow as if I would just starve for the night ?? No choice but to eat the trash we were served not only that but I had things to do the next day so I wouldn't have time to run old food back to their store in the opposite direction that I was going. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Very poor service.
